Fine for a night, simple room, clean, in the middle of Chichester. Only downside, WiFi only free for 30min. Then you need to pay. In order to do so, you need to call a number which is difficult if you don’t have a European SIM card. It is 3pounds for 24h.

We generally stay at this hotel as it is centrally located and has parking, but a first time in midsummer. I would advise people to avoid if the weather is hot. The hotel becomes overheated, the rooms airless because the windows only open a crack, and a fan only blows hot air at you. The reception staff are excellent and it must be very dispiriting for them to face off the complaints about the heat. At least the windows should be allowed to open so there is fresh air when the temp drops in the evening. In the cooler months this is a useful hotel as it is central, reasonably priced and has parking.

No air conditioning or relief from the heat. It was like a furnace and I had to go outside at night for air. It was very clear and the staff were all lovely however. Id have been happy with the standard if the price was not so high as we paid over 100 a night

Couldn’t book on line for some reason so had to book over the phone, very helpful chap who went the extra mile to help us. Staff helpful at hotel. Clean hotel. Room lovely fresh & clean. Comfy stay.
