Chifeng Hongshan District Hotels

The hotel is very good, it belongs to the old-fashioned hotel, but the conditions and environment are good, the room is very clean, the facilities are quite complete, the wooden door is too real, the sound insulation is not bad, I recommend everyone!

Before booking, I thought that a hotel of one or two hundred would not be too good. After I checked in, I found that it was unexpectedly good. The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast buffet was full, and I would stay next time.

I didn’t have any choice in the newly opened health service environment. When I checked in, I told the front desk not to arrange the elevator near the elevator entrance. I said that I arranged the innermost room on the sixth floor. I was very happy to sleep for a night. I rushed for a day. I wanted to rest well. But I think the sound insulation is not good. The sound of running water lasts from 12 o'clock to more than 2, and I can't sleep at all. It's like sleeping next to the water tank. Then the seventh floor doesn't know whether it is a guest room or a KTV or a mahjong room or an e-sports room. It makes people question, the movement is too big, I don't know what to do, It feels like decoration, and it feels like moving things, and it lasts until 2:30. Then there was the sound of electric drills early in the morning, and I don’t know if the seventh floor was not renovated or under maintenance. There is also a special call at the front desk to ask if you can continue to live. The check-out time is 12 o'clock. The front desk has already informed you when you check in at night. There is no need to call to inform it again! It's not the first time I have stayed in a hotel. I don't understand this, it is very disgusting. The first time I felt so uncomfortable in the whole season, the experience was too bad.

The family returned by car, chose this viewing suite, the experience of staying is OK. The advantage is that there are 1. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with two single beds, the space is large enough, and the family is very comfortable. 2. The floor is high and quiet, and you can see the sports center and riverside scenery. 3. With breakfast and underground parking space, the surrounding facilities are complete, eating and shopping are very convenient. 4. Hygiene can be done, and the spare parts are very conscience. The mattress is comfortable and the rest is very good. The downside is 1. The decoration is slightly cheap, the hot water is a water heater, but the water burns quickly in summer. 2. Two bedrooms have a TV, two bathrooms have a dry and wet separation, another bath towel is placed on the tea cabinet, and there is no towel rack in the bathroom. 3. I don't know if the suite is less. I just entered the formaldehyde. It was much better after ventilation. I opened the window to sleep at night. 4. It is known as the smart house. This smart cockroach can control the curtains, and the lighting, TV and air conditioning can't be controlled. 5. There are five or six hotels in this building. The elevators are long in peak hours, and there is no access control. You can go up and down. There are still places that are being renovated and there are safety hazards. Overall, the experience is medium and the price is good.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, helping us with our luggage to our room. The breakfast wasn't particularly impressive; perhaps due to the limited options, there wasn't much that was especially appetizing to eat. However, we did get to try Mongolian milk tea and some cream pastries. Overall, our main takeaway was that the people of Chifeng are genuinely so friendly and kind. We absolutely loved the people here.

The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. Traveling with our child, we even received a complimentary room upgrade. This was my first-ever room upgrade, even though I've booked many hotels via Ctrip and often see it mentioned in other reviews. The service was also great; they even called us on the day of check-in. The lobby had books, and my child immediately picked one up to read upon arrival. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The duvet was a lightweight 'AC quilt.' Since my child is sensitive to very cold air conditioning, we kept the room temperature higher, and the thin duvet was perfect – we didn't feel hot at all.

The Sunday morning front desk staff tall lady is not so nice, she would say bad words and think you don't understand in Chinese as your leaving. Second time I met her Saturday afternoon shift front desk are very nice 😊 people. Most are good..but always a rude one everywhere..it's life

Chifeng is so beautiful! Every time I come, I am very happy and have good friends! There is delicious! There is also my favorite smart hotel, the runway next to the hotel! Lisa at the front desk helped open the room in the middle of the night, and helped to invoice in the morning, especially worried about disturbing. The cleaning staff on the sixth floor is really good, the city is very warm because of every ordinary person!

The overall hygiene seems clean and tidy, but the second floor elevator comes out, the floor is greasy and sticky; the floor carpet on the fifth floor of the corridor looks old and damaged (color matching, the visual effect is not good); the room has a smell when entering the door (the body smells, that is, the result of the customer's store not ventilated in time ); bath towels and towels have a smell (it is estimated that there are debris mixed when cleaning); equipment and facilities are fashionable, but the operation is not convenient and the signal is not good; the surrounding transportation is convenient and the travel is convenient; service skills are lacking, awareness is not in place, lack of flexibility and dogma.
