"I stayed here for the first time in September. Nobody mentioned that housekeeping service was only every second day. Apparently the desk agents didnt find out until that day. I go to Chilliwack to see family, one of which is dying. I also have a muscular condition so I need multiple hot showers per day. I was told to just let them know next visit. I gave them another chance in October. Made a point of requesting housekeeping every day. Went for a family visit . Got back at 5 pm, and my room had not been touched. I call the desk, they tell me it is every second day. I said no. I special requested it. They brought me one clean bath towel, one hand towel. No wash cloths. I contacted Marriott customer service, was told 5 business days to hear back. I did not hear. I also left a message for the hotel manager to call me. Never heard back. Worst experience ever! They said that they are all still training. I said I will not be their training tool."

"A perfectly fine low cost hotel. Small rooms. Terrible view. And a bathroom needing repairs. But clean. Comfortable. Great neighborhood. And very friendly. If you’re just look for somewhere to lay your head for the night and keep some cash in your wallet, this is a great option."

"Stayed for one night at the end of our Canada tour. What an amazing place! The welcome from Mike and Adriana was incredible and the views were breathtaking. Also the omelette for breakfast was the best I've ever eaten. Theo loved the hot tub and Finn enjoyed strumming the guitar. Thanks for a great finish to our journey! "Good location, close to shopping and restaurants but also the highway so a small bit of noise. Very friendly staff, Good breakfast every morning included in our room rate i.e. eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereals fruit Yogurt, toast muffins, coffee and juices. Only small complaint is that it would have been nice to have a bedside table on each side of the bed, instead there was a big closet on one side"

"The room is comfortable, bright and spacious, but the floors are all made of wood. People walking outside the room are very loud. I happen to live next to the stairs and it is difficult to go up and down the stairs."
