Highly recommended: 10/10 - strategic location📍 12 mins walk from Chitose Station - bus stop🚏🚌 some 500m behind hotel to board the bus to Lake Shikotsu, cheaper by 110 yen if you take the bus from Chitose Station - landmark is a red colour Chitose satellite tower - friendly and helpful front desk staff - spacious, clean and comfortable room - scrumptious breakfast at a reasonable price - free transport to airport

The staff were very helpful, even though we had some communication problems. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport at certain hours, which is very convenient. There’s also a convenience store nearby, and the nearest station is within walking distance. The hotel has a lift too 😅 Overall, I had a pleasant stay!

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. A little far but still walking distance from Chitose JR Station, 12min walking. The hotel provides free shuttle service to New Chitose Airport. In comparison with some other hotels somehow nearer to Chitose JR Station, Hotel Wing has competitive room rates. Recommended.

The hotel location is a bit far from JR Chitose station if you are walking with your luggage because the pave road is not smooth. You can take a bus to the hotel cause there’s a bus stop right in front. The hotel breakfast is great. Really enjoyed it. And hotel provide shuttle to airport or JR station in the morning. Just need to book it when you check in.

Valuable price with very good buffet breakfast , location also very good , easy walk to JR station , many nearby restaurants, bar , supermarket. hotel provide Free shuttle to the airport. staff also good , good communication in English.

Quite an old fashioned hotel

Food here is good for family have the specialty spicy curry Hokkaido and congee for kids, staff arrange sit at one partition because we have a toddler, and very attentive service from the restaurant. Only drawback is the parking is next to the building and need to carry own luggage to the mezzanine or upper level for check in (lobby is on upper ground) with stairs and wheel chair access. Also good service provider for free shuttle to Chitose Airport and very kind of driver to help us load and unload luggage. I also would like to suggest maybe can provide water for guest because convenient store (7-11) is located 5mins walking from hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Thank you for your hospitality. The location is close to the train station and the free airport shuttle made my journey one hundred times easier. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated having both a kettle and blackout curtains. There are also microwaves and ice machines available on the third and eighth floors. For particularly heat-sensitive travellers, it is worth noting that one cannot set the room temperature manually; only the strength of the air conditioning is adjustable. However, it is easy to run a cold bath and cool down that way. The staff were really kind and made me feel both secure and welcome. All in all, exactly what I needed before my flight home. Thank you!
