"Lightning protection in the house next to the elevator! The elevator was very noisy going up and down one night. Fortunately, I arrived relatively late, and I needed to get up early the next day, if not early. Definitely won't stay here again. The front desk said that I had booked a special room, which was next to the elevator, but the front desk did not remind me of this when I checked in. I can make up for the price difference between the special room and the zero-pressure double room. Instead of telling me after I reported this situation! I have stayed at City Express when traveling to other cities before, and the experience was quite good. This is the first time I have given a negative review when booking a hotel on Ctrip. I won’t stay at this hotel next time I come to Chizhou. Except for being very noisy near the elevator, the cleanliness of the room was okay."

"وصلت المنتج في منتصف الليل، نزل المطر الكبير وذهبت إلى المكتب الأمامي لترتيب الإقامة، جاء المكتب الأمامي فورا حيث كانت المياه الساخنة و الهادئة و نظافة الفندق و غرفة الأجنحة واسعة و مشرقة، وكانت المرافق متكاملة. تفاصيل النظافة متوفرة كذلك، الحمام مفصول عن المجفف و الرطوبة. الخدمة ممتاذة ومفيدة في مواعيدها وسرعة الاستجابة وحسن التعامل من جميع الجهات في المنطقة وسهولة الوصول للرحلات من المحيط وبشكل عام لم اتوقع الا انه يفوق التوقعات وانصح بالاقامة فيه بشدة"
