Jiayu Sky City Resort Hotel Jiefangbei Hongya Cave shop

I found this place online with a balcony. The pictures looked nice, and it was newly opened, so I booked two nights. Upon arrival, I discovered it was in a business building with a shared elevator, which looked a bit messy. Fortunately, the room was fine. The balcony faced Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street, making it a short walk to both the street and Bayi Food Street. It's a bit far from the subway station, but that was manageable. The receptionist on my first day was quite welcoming and comfortable, and responsive. However, I have to complain about the two receptionists I met on my way out. One of them, probably the supervisor, was constantly livestreaming while customers were dining in the lobby that morning, completely disregarding the guests. I understand you're a new place and need to constantly promote yourself, but is it possible to do so without customers present? The space is small, and customers trying to dine quietly were interrupted by this lady's constant livestreaming. She showed absolutely no regard for our guests. She even kept sending messages afterward asking for reviews, which was very unpleasant. A truly good place naturally attracts visitors, but it's the little things that matter.
