Binle Hotel

Originally we planned to stay here only for four nights, the hotel is so classy and elegant that it feels like being in a 10 star hotel. We came back and stayed another 4 nights The service, facility, food and staff are great and very detail oriented. The welcome you at the main entry and the reception at 36th floor has the best view in town. Rooms are very clean and fresh. I recommend this amazing hotel to everybody and we will come back again and again.

This hotel was truly remarkable. Although it is situated approximately 45 minutes from the city center by subway or 20 minutes by Didi, the surrounding area offered a wealth of amenities. As Westerners, we found it challenging to locate non-Chinese cuisine, but the food mall next door provided a diverse selection, including healthy bowls, Western dishes, and Chinese options. Additionally, a fantastic supermarket was conveniently located 5 minutes away in another mall. The hotel itself was impeccable, featuring spacious, clean rooms and a delightful view. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us and translate in English. The breakfast and the gym were particularly impressive. The breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality buffett options, while the gym boasted not only treadmills but also a comprehensive weight training area. It appeared to be utilized by external individuals as well, though it was not overly crowded. We would certainly choose to stay here again if we return to Chongqing; we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Binle.

Sunny helped me a lot when checking in, all the informations are ready on wechat, although limited on english. Got an upgrade on the room that I did not expect too very happy

We enjoyed our stay. The reception was welcoming and so kind especially Sunny!  The metro is just around the corner line 3. There are restaurants and fast food within walking distance. Great noodle place across the road and a 24hr Mcd. The room was amazing. Thank you for making our 10 year anniversary extra special with the swans and rose petals!The room was clean and the bed so comfy. we will definitely stay there again and recommend to friends The ladies at reception were so friendly and polite. Sunny was a superstar! check in and check out was a breeze. There was cold lemonade and tea in reception while getting processed. The room smelled great. The 阿姨 who cleaned our room deserves our thanks too. A big thank you for assigning us the room because we had a two view of the city which made our anniversary extra special. The room was clean, spotless and smelled good. shower has a good flow. Thee bathroom has a view of the city. Great stay!! recommend it

Good hotel with excellent service. I was surprise by the behavior of all employees that was perfect. From my taxi to the hotel to return to airport. They all have been so polite, efficient and present at any time. I am traveling around the world and the service was surprisingly among the best.
