Check in : 24 hour front desk. However no one was at the desk in the late afternoon when I arrived. I waited for 15 minutes then contacted the hotel via the app and they sent someone to check me in. Nowhere to sit in the lobby so it was frustrating as I was tired from the trip. The lady didn't say a word ,no hello or apologies. Just asked for passport and sent me on my way.
Room: large with big windows but very run down.
No slippers and the floor was unfortunately not the cleanest.
The hotel and room feel like you are in an old hospital. Definitely not a designer modern look !
The AC is extremely loud so if you are a light sleeper it will keep you up.
Check out : another lady was on duty and she was nice.
Moved to another hotel in the same building and loving the new place. I would not recommend the white inn to anyone.

Chongqing White High Altitude Designer Hotel offers a decent stay, but the experience was fairly average. The facilities are starting to show signs of wear and could use some maintenance. While there’s nothing particularly fancy or standout about the hotel, it remains acceptable for a short visit. Suitable for basic needs.

The room doesn’t align to the pictures and doesn’t meet the hotel standards. The room was dusty, dirty and not maintained well. We found small bug on the floor. The original booking was 3 days. After checking in, we cancelled the second 2 nights booking.

Simple no frills hotel. Cant expect much. The Room is big and have the facilities as per normal. Bed was okay. There are a TV box installed but unable to view much movies as need to pay. Location was quite ok, busy road with food vendors around.

Receptionist 小朱 is a very nice worker. She even gave me a free upgrade to a river view room. Nice hotel with friendly staff.

I had a pleasant stay at this inn, which is conveniently located near Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. However, the cleanliness and facilities were sub-par compared to other inns at the same price point. On the positive side, the service was excellent, which made my stay more enjoyable.
I recommend considering this inn for its location and great service, but be prepared for some improvements in cleanliness and facilities.

Everything is probably good, good location for traveler,easy to grab some food or restaurant, the view from the room is amazing, the room and price is reasonable besides, employee is friendly and helpful especially 小星

Perfect location and view on the city. Super value for money. The bed and bathroom are clean, I wish to see the floor and curtains cleaner too. The desk service was excellent and helped us when needed. Overall recommend.
