I can actually give it a 5, but the only thing I can't stand is that it is a non-smoking room, but the smoke is so strong that it chokes my throat. It's noisy when I open the window to let the smell in, and it chokes me when I sleep at night. After some analysis, it should be the smoke from the central air conditioning. I am sensitive to smells, so this is really a terrible stay.
