衞生很差，一進去洗手枱就有根毛。
去酒店的時候無人接待，電話聯繫溝通進入房間，全程催促不耐煩。
隔音很差，房型與圖片不符，房間是一整個套房隔成的單間，床單也是破的，房間小得離譜，這能有20-30平？虛標嚴重。
本來之前預訂了兩晚上房，想要退住一晚，卻被告知因為酒店預留了兩個晚上退住需要手續費，攜程平台都説可以免費取消，酒店強行索要手續費。
入住體驗極差。

最開始説我訂的房型因為他們疏忽賣完了，然後帶我看了兩個房間，加價入住，我覺得要價太高，爭執不下，僵持了一會，聯繫到一個比較遠的投影房。
設施：老舊但都能用
衞生：還能説得過去，但是櫃子桌子上有一層灰
環境：普通的投影房，一百多塊
服務：因為看前兩個房間加上對接不上，發生了一些不愉快，後面住上了也還行。主要是我生氣的點在於是店家疏忽導致我訂的房型賣完了，沒有對我表示一點抱歉。

每次我都訂這家，接待客很熱情，服務周到，機場服務送機不錯，衞生不錯，周圍環境很好，交通便利，房間衞生不錯，總體還不錯，需要的東西很齊全，還有空調

江北機場24小時免費接送機:早上6點的飛機，賓館説4點多就可以送，很貼心，不怕誤機。
服務：打電話就來機場接，態度很好
衞生：乾淨
整體不錯呢，下次還來。

WiFi跟投影儀的燈就在床頭正上方，那個燈亮一晚是真的蠻折磨人的，空調有異響，影響睡眠。環境跟服務是沒得説，很棒，T2客運大樓7號口出來就是樓下，交通便利，嬢嬢很熱情

新裝修的風格朋友很喜歡 帶投影儀的真的爽歪歪 浴室也很棒! 這個價格太划算了 強烈推薦 乾淨整潔大氣簡單水壓也充足 足夠使用了 重慶北站附近交通也很方便 附近就能夠有地鐵口 吃東西也很方便 而且重慶的美食都挺便宜的 超級喜歡重慶的美食~
