Chongqing Ashan River View Hotel (Jiefangbei Raffles Square Branch)

We have booked the 70-90 sqm 180° riverview suite. Upon arrival, the hotel upgrades our room to one with a 110-130 sqm 270° riverview suite which we very much appreciated. The location is great, the room is clean and the staff's service is excellent. There is also a Nespresso machine in the room which is a plus point for coffee lovers like us! You can also contact the staff via WeChat to ask for more coffee capsules and bottled water.

Had an amazing stay at the hotel. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Gorgeous views from the room. Location was great, right opposite raffles city with many food options around. Only small issue was one of our rooms was next to another one which was renovating. Started at 9am which disrupted my friends' sleep.

Location: Good, close to light rail station Chaotianmen Line 1, exit 1. Check in: quick, staff was helpful, escorted us to our room, otherwise, it might take us sometime to look for our room. Check in lobby at 21/F, of course you need to take elevator to your room's floor, but if it is at 31/F or above, you need to get a transfer at 30/F, inconvenient. Cleanliness: just okay since the bar table and the counter top at the shower room have stain Room: spacious, good view over the river, big window and interior design is stylist. But it is not practical, like there's nothing to hang clothes and towels in the shower room, I needed to move a bar stool for that. Secondly, there's no power outlet at the pantry, I needed to use the one at the shower room. Actually there's more... Eventually, we moved to another hotel after staying for 1 night

The room is super large, with a great view of the river. The environment is good. The hotel is located in the center of Chongqing, with convenient transportation and easy access. The front desk service is very good. The room is cleaned every day, and the housekeeping staff are very nice and clean. The facilities and equipment are very complete. Very good.

The room is very clean , nice decoration, ventilation is work perfectly and the location also view is super nice the hotel close to the Raffle city shopping mall and metro line 1. We have a plesant time to stay here.

We recently stayed at the Chongqing Ashan River View Hotel (Jiefangbei Raffles Square Branch), and it was an amazing experience! The service was truly outstanding. Despite the language barrier, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. One of the lovely ladies even went out of her way to pick us up from the mall, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our room was upgraded to a beautiful river-view duplex, and I have to say it was absolutely stunning. The room was spotless, and the tranquility of the place made for a peaceful and restful stay. There were no disturbances, and I slept like a baby, which is always a huge plus when traveling. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, beautiful rooms, and great location. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Chongqing!
