We stayed at the Walling Hotel for 5 nights and were very satisfied. The hotel is located right in the center. The reception staff were very nice and willing to help at any time. We are foreigners who do not speak Chinese, but we communicated very well through WeChat. Upon arrival, a cooled room was waiting for us, as it was hot that day. We also had a plate of fruit ready. From the first impression, we felt comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. I also appreciate the work of the maid who cleaned our room every day. I am also very grateful for the help with the laundry. I also want to mention the delicious breakfast in the stylish noodle restaurant. I recommend this hotel to everyone. If I return to Chongqing, we will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is amazing and its location is prefect. It’s walking distance to most of the attractions. Clean & spacious. They provided amenities such as hair dryer, small fridge, toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, shampoo and even laundry room for you to wash your clothes and it’s free of charge. Hotel staff is really helpful and friendly, they help us to solve our issues productively including luggage delivery. They reply to your questions at WeChat within minutes. Will repeat my stay here if I visit Chong Qing next time. ☺️

We were very happy during our stay at this hotel. Located on the 46th floor of Xin Hua Building. It is strategically located close to tourist destinations such as: Liberation Monument (located very close to the hotel), Kuixing Building. The nearest MRT is Line Jiaochangkou exit 9, Bayi Road, Jiefangbei Night Market, Shibati Traditional Area and Hongyadong are within walking distance. For Muslim travelers like us, there are delicious halal restaurant about 1 km from the hotel, right across from exit 4 of Jiaochangkou Station. It has 24-hour front office staff, and can communicate through a translator, and is very friendly. In the hotel lobby there are free snacks, ice cubes and drinks. The hotel also provides free laundry which is certainly very helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, high-tech and cleaned every day. The view from our room was amazingly beautiful. There is hot and cold shower water that works well. The room we chose could see a very beautiful river view at night.

if you like to hit all the tourists places, this hotel is located in a fantastic spot. got the riverview room and was not disappointed. walking distance to hongyadong and have free desserts every night.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is very strategic — close to everything we needed, making it convenient for getting around. The staff were all helpful and friendly, and they responded to all our enquiries promptly and professionally throughout our stay. The hotel offers a laundry service and provides daily housekeeping, which we really appreciated. A special shoutout to 刘姐, the room cleaner, who was incredibly lovely and caring. She even placed a red date drinks during our stays — such a thoughtful and warm gesture that made us feel right at home. Overall, a great experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again!

the stay here was great, room was clean and location turned out to be extremely convenient. if you don’t mind some walking, it is walkable distance to most attractions like 十八梯 and 山城. 3 stops away from 李子坝 by metro. we also want to thank 小爱 and 小双 for especially giving us tips on how and where to purchase a luggage, and when we needed to make an exchange for a bigger one - there were some hiccups, which they helped us to solve. they spent their time and sincerity in helping us and we really appreciate it. thank you to them and the manager for making the stay so much better with the excellent service attitude! they also gave us some recommendations of other attractions to visit on our last day, which we would have missed out otherwise. thank you very much!

We stayed at Xiyada River View Hotel (Chongqing Guanyinqiao Beibin Road Branch) and were quite satisfied with our experience overall. The hotel has a very convenient location — the metro station is just a short walk away, which made getting around Chongqing easy and efficient. The building is tall (49 floors), but thankfully there are plenty of elevators, so waiting time was minimal. Before our arrival, the hotel contacted us in advance to inform us that there was ongoing renovation work in the building, which might cause some noise, and also let us know that the hot water runs through a heater — so we would need to wait about 30 minutes between showers. We really appreciated the proactive communication. Our room was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, one disappointment was that we had booked a river view room through the app, but upon check-in, we were told that the reserved room didn’t include a river view after all. Unfortunately, our limited Chinese wasn’t enough to understand the full explanation. The service was great — the staff were helpful and polite. All communication was done through WeChat, as the staff do not speak English, but they tried their best to assist us. The hotel itself looks new and well maintained. Overall, considering the price and quality, this hotel is a great choice for travelers looking for a clean, well-located place to stay in Chongqing.

I have stayed in the hotel for many days. The hotel is located in the core business district of Guanyinqiao. There is a subway station on Line 9 downstairs. The transportation is very convenient. Going downstairs is a bustling food street. From traditional hot pot to authentic snacks, it satisfies the taste buds. The room is spacious and bright, the layout is warm and comfortable, the bedding is clean and tidy, and the sleep quality is super high. The bathroom facilities are complete, and the quality of toiletries is also very good. The hotel service is thoughtful, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic, and I will choose this hotel next time. I highly recommend it.

Very new hotel central located between BaYi 八一好食街Food street, jiefangbei 解放碑and 洪崖洞hongyacave. Super convenient for food, shopping and tourist spot all within walking distance. The Subway 2 mins walk. Hotel in a building name 都市广场 Blk A with few hotel inside and Dreeya hotel on 15 floor lobby and 18 floor room. 4 lifts to share no problem even crowded hours. Security no problem and very peaceful of staying. My room 1828 is a suite room direct facing the river bridge with amazing view exactly same to pictures. We 3 adults stay. Booked a suite room with trip com after tht contact hotel to add 1 extra bed reasonable charges 100-200 yuan depend on season and must pre arrange. Extra bed so comfort to sleep because they give a real bed type. Not mattress, not futon. Hotel provide free use of Washing machine at 18 floor. I did not use the dryer because is foldable type dryer. Just hanging it to room will dry 1-2 days. Get ready WeChat apps order ** (reg China nos or hotel nos with remarks no pick up call if u are international traveller) food delivery direct send to my room which I don’t need go to lobby super convenient for my daily breakfast or even when raining time where I cannot go out. Hotel in good location, choices of foods are available. Room design with smart devices and love the room design. Reception staff 摇摇 is very helpful and friendly. She even assist us to book for local travel trip and offer all arrangement in her own times. She is worth to recognise with her work passion Downside - hotel entrance doesn't have proper walkway for luggage, quite difficult to move the luggage up to lobby and lifts. Needed improvement.
