It’s a premier inn. Beds are always comfy, but everything else is always sparse. Bathroom fan wouldn’t be quiet. Rooms a little on the warm side. Wasn’t allowed to have breakfast (it was Christmas Day and didn’t pre book) as I wasn’t told I needed to make a reservation.

We booked an accessible room because I am disabled and rely on a mobility scooter. The room was smaller than expected and seemed a bit dated. I was given a room with a bath which I was unable to use as I am only able to use a wetroom. The bathroom had lots of handrails however the bed was very low and there was no rail or grabrails to assist me on or off the bed. I had to resort to putting my mobility scooter next to the bed so I can pull myself up off the bed which were very awkward. Reception had a door to access the restaurant however I could not access the restaurant that way because it had steps which meant I had to go outside and around the building. In the restaurant the hot breakfast buffet was up steps so I was unable to go and select my own so had to rely on my partner to go and get my breakfast for me. Left dissapointed so won't be staying there again.

Stayed for 2 nights for a short break, 2 adults and 3 kids. This hotel has interconnecting rooms and staff were helpful on the phone confirming availability and then allocating the rooms to our booking. We had rooms 52 and 54 on the ground floor. Rooms comfortable and clean, check in and parking easy. On the ground floor you do get some noise from the rooms above, and as the weather was warm the room was quite hot and no air con but the fan was useful. However no noise from outside the hotel even with the windows open overnight. We had breakfast on our second morning, absolutely packed with people queuing but staff working hard to get people to tables. We hadn’t booked so sat in the bar area. Great value as kids eat free. Definitely book if you know you want breakfast. Second night there we got a deliveroo food order to the hotel no issues, plus drinks and takeaway pizzas for the kids from the restaurant next door which is handy but unfortunately cannot recommend the pizzas. Rest of the food there might be better. Great location for the south coast and new forest. Would definitely stay again.

Overall not bad for price but the bedroom was really dirty and the bathroom smelt like a urinal. The rest of the hotel seemed clean. Breakfast was okay.. lots to choose from. Dinner was disappointing and the meals came out at different times.

clean room. breakfast good , staff adequate. probably under staffed. they didn’t go out of their way to be sociable but ok. dinner was usual chain rubbish steak n chips type. ugh. not particularly well done either. stay was cheap. better than a nasty b&b! eat dinner elsewhere. oh it was full of horrible kids but it’s a family sort of place.

Great hotel for the cost. Bedroom sufficient for 2 adults and 1 child. Beds super comfy, considering buying one for home! Lots of parking. Dinner at the Beefeater was very nice, big portions. Breakfast was not great, not enough choice for the money. Definitely stay again but not have breakfast.

I do a lot of work at Bournemouth Airport and I’ve stayed at various places , but since discovering prem inn Christchurch East , I now ask the company I work for to book my stay here. Every Prem inn is the same except this one , cause this one has Caz , she is a credit to The premier inns as she always greets with a smile , any problems she’s on it. So friendly, and efficient. Wish they had a Caz in every Premier inn.

Hey, would love to recommend this hotel, my every Wim has and was accommodated. Very clean and well presented. All staff went above and beyond putting the customers experience at the heart of what they do. A special mention to Marika the manager, Mel, Elaine, Caz and Joe.
