I made a reservation, but I waited a long time at the information desk at first. I didn't know that I would check in at the kiosk. When I checked the reservation, I couldn't find the Korean name, so I wandered around for a while and finally found the English name. Even though it's non-face-to-face, what I didn't understand was that when older people made a reservation, the staff should have helped them quickly, but they didn't. The room was old, and there were no chargers, which are found in other hotels, and there wasn't enough water, so I saw that they were selling it. I could have been impressed by even a small service, but I wasn't impressed at all. They said that other toiletries are not provided according to hotel regulations. I've never been to a place like this before, so I was really shocked. I should say that it was a bit out of place for a service industry. There was no service, and since I made a reservation, they told me to just come and sleep. They didn't say anything about providing coffee. The blankets were clean.
