避雷避雷，外面看着還行，實際住進去一言難盡
前台辦入住之後啥也不説，我自己找了電梯上去，走廊黑乎乎的燈也不亮，房間號還是亂的找房間都找了好久。房間裏面熱水也沒有，放了好久都衹是温温的，最可氣的是一個酒店居然沒有吹風機！！！本來想洗澡的，沒熱水將就洗了頭，最後發現沒吹風機！想開空調吹吹髮現空調也沒作用就是個擺設 簡直無語了 就這樣濕着頭髮準備睡了 然後發現酒店隔音也很差KTV的聲音響到半夜 真是氣死了
洗手枱也設計得不合理，本來就設計得矮，洗臉得彎腰彎得很低，出水很炸 洗手盆又小 ，一開水馬上就濺出來，弄的一身的水，放出來的水還有鐵銹渣渣
躺下的時候發現床單上還有洞，衞生我都沒至於有沒有污垢我都沒精力去檢查了，無所謂了將就一晚第二天果斷退房
衷心建議大家千萬別訂

優點：價格實惠，有早餐，四個電梯上下樓很方便，房間也挺不錯的，乾淨，高層窗子打開吹風很舒服
缺點：有老鼠！！！在早上去衞生間的時候，有衹小耗子！！20層！！還有就是晚上巨吵，那種機械運作的聲音，白天都沒有的，戴着耳機開降噪才睡着的。其他缺點就是進門的時候有味兒，但是通了風就好多了

看着像三星級的酒店，結果洗澡沒熱水，暖氣也沒有，中央空調是擺設，前台的態度不好，問她怎麼沒熱水，居然用“不知道。”來搪塞我。

床頭沒有插孔，住了那麼多酒店第一次住到這種。設施有點老舊，房間燈光昏暗，想看會書都沒辦法，書桌頂上的燈是壞的，一開始説包含早餐，但是四樓餐廳在裝修……

房間很大。設施也很齊全。就是這個熱水連尿熱都沒有。跟前台反饋。表示最近降温了所以温度上不去。你不是在逗我吧？國慶假期十幾二十度的温度。水都不能熱起來。而且浴室的窗簾也壞了。搞了半天也沒搞好。好不容易趕路過來想早點洗澡睡覺。都不成 哭了無語了

在雲南最差勁的酒店 什麼都不行 趾高氣揚 拽的和一個餓百五 酒店服務員和保潔人員一個樣 環境特別差 臟亂差 300多的房價洗澡都不能6666 希望這種酒店快點消失不要讓外地朋友們因為一點事對雲南有很深的誤解
