基本沒有服務，古巴的酒店你要習慣降低預期。讓前台推薦個餐廳，她都不知道。西恩富戈斯全城停電，沒地方吃飯，這酒店一層卻有個人要賣你馬殺雞，我氣暈了。房間大，裝修還可以，但是洗澡水涼，越洗越冷。網絡是假的連不上。早餐的六樓露台很漂亮，建議大家可以晚上六點多去看落日，服務員並沒有告訴我們。早餐也有東西不新鮮。不過在這個城市，如果想有水有電，估計衹能訂這種一千塊的酒店，真坑。

類似於國內快捷酒店的設施，但確實已經是當地最好的酒店了，陽台景色很美，樓頂餐廳景色很美，自助餐很便宜划算，前台和保潔服務非常熱情，建議入住。

Estuve visitando ese hotel por recomendación de unas amistades y la verdad el sitio no estaba nada mal, el servicio no era el más rápido pero el café si que valía la pena si vuelvo a visitarlo será por sus capuchinos porque los sitios cerrados no son lo mío 👌

the roof top resturant has the Best buffet in town and also the finest and cheapest at the same time , you can have a hot buffet breakfast for 1500 peso , all you can eat and drink for that price , you can only get an sandwich and one cup of coffee on the street cafe , do not be fooled , eat at this fine hotel and safe yourself a lot of money !

Venus en groupe donc différent d'autres personnes; mais très sympa, très beau batiment rénové, chambre avec tout ce qu'il faut. Par contre au bar, ils nous prennent pour des pigeons: pour 2 cocktails ils nous demandent 10 €, après palabre, ça fait 8€ mais en euros; pas de pesos ni de CB, et les boissons ne sont pas du tout terrible. Rejsto au 6è étage avec beau point de vue sur la ville, et là ils acceptent les pesos !! Mais dans l'ensemble, c'est agréable. Bon hôtel pour Cuba

Hôtel à éviter vraiment, chambre vue sur la ville sans lumière et non étanche au bruit avec un groupe électrogène qui tourne sans arrêt suite aux coupures d'électricité quotidienne.Pas de Wi-Fi pendant 24h , nourriture du restaurant immonde et petit déjeuner identique ,pour le prix demandé c'est de l'arnaque.

Nous avons passé heureusement qu’une nuit… car nous sommes restées une journée à Cienfuegos en chemin de Trinidad !!! pour moi c’est un 3 étoiles et pas un 5…. Pas d’eau chaude, pas de wifi … le lit n’était pas confortable ….petit déjeuner très limité, café vraiment pas bon…. I

Onvriendelijke ontvangst. Kamer was wel netjes, maar de douche gaf alleen koud water. Het rooftop restaurant was zeer slecht. Een stukje kip, zo taai zonder enige saus. Dat was alles wat we op ons bord kregen. Bij het ontbijt was er geen mogelijkheid voor thee. Wij bevelen dit hotel niet aan!
