Hotel paling nyaman di Cilacap, bersih, kamar cozy, breakfast enak, proses check-in cepat biarpun saat peak season, recommended banget biarpun area parkir terbatas, sayangnya saat melayani check-in petugas receptionist sedang pilek & tdk memakai masker, lebih baik bila kurang fit pakai masker aja biar komunikasi ke tamu lebih nyaman

One earlier stay at this hotel, I found several small insects on the floor and thought nothing much of it. But this time after waking up I discovered bites on my body, in several places (arm, leg). It was apparent to me that this was the result of bed bugs. I had heard this from someone else who stayed at this hotel, but was skeptical. Now I am not. I am dismayed, as I had planned to stay for a week or longer at this hotel in the near future. When I spoke to the desk clerk about the bed bugs I suspected were the. cause of my bug bites he said he would alert ”housekeeping”. I told him I doubted that a change of bedding would suffice. Bed bugs are most often in the mattress, and likely need strong measures to take care of ridding the problem. Otherwise I find the hotel very nice, with a restaurant that will accommodate my requests to alter menu items to conform to my food preferences (vegetarian). And a room refrigerator that I can use. Staff is always very accommodating. I hope the bed bug problem can be fully resolved.

Riskyy runs his breakfast restaurant with his 5 Star experience in a three star hotel. This place exceeded my expectations and was much better than the next Whiz hotel in central Yogjakarta 😀

Liked everything. Especially the people that run the place, the travelers community, the people that you meet, the location and the stay itself. Can't recommend enough.

Nyaman bersih bgt tempat nya juga tentram

Regarding hygiene, it's clean and tidy. For other things, I can get a notice because I can get a cheap price again, only the room I got the air conditioner is not cold, only the wind, I see that the air conditioner is indeed old. My suggestion to the hotel, for room 011, change the air conditioner to a new one Because it has been repaired, it doesn't seem to be useless. Others I'm still ok with the cheap price I get.

The location of the hotel is strategic, you can get a free room upgrade, it's really great, the rooms are clean, modern, spacious...the swimming pool is combined with Aston, as is the breakfast, great
