We stayed for 3 days 2 nights, we also gwt the chance to have an early check in at 10 am since its on weekdays, service are superb. Few hiccups are all solved perfectly. The Kalyana villa has 5 rooms all are completed with bathrooms but there is no 1 toilet for our guest. Pool size is good but we’re not spending a lot of time in the pool since the weather is very cold breeze and the water is also cold. Bring more of your family ganes such as bingo and boardgame. No tv in the bedroom. But theres 3 tvs at the common area. They have kitchen but make sure you are fully supplied with cooking oil and salt and pepper. But we tried the bbq service eventho a little too big portions and pricy but it was okay. The most memorable os the outdoor activity in gunung mas the tea walk the photo and video service by the guide. All are supers and memorable it would be more nice if theres a additional bfast set up at the tea garden pr any pther special treat along the morning tea walk. We tried the set menu dinner at the resort but the portion is too small, and we also tried the buffet breakfast and i think it would be nice if plataran can add more flavourfullness to the traditional dishes and more extra on the italian or the international dishes.

The villa is newly renovated, with the help of our butler pak Asep everything went so smooth and easy. It would be lovely to add more activities

Our stay at Villa Ingrida Plataran was truly unforgettable! The villa's stunning design, breathtaking views, and impeccable service made it a perfect retreat. The spacious rooms, private pool, and outdoor lounge area were ideal for relaxation and entertainment.

Our stay was enjoyable, especially with the stunning view and overall ambiance. However, we did notice an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which slightly affected our comfort.

We enjoy 2 wonderful days in this Vila. Spacious family area and clean bedroom. Kids are happy too with the small swimming pool, fish feeding and gaming area.
