The room was clean and quiet. Small shower though. My husband couldn't fit in it. Breakfast was included but the sausage was bad quality and the bacon was missing from the English breakfast... Overal not too bad for the price.

Very welcoming on arrival, room was ok, clean and with everything you need. Our disappointment was the dining room. The pictures promoting this hotel need to be updated as we definitely didn’t eat breakfast in the room shown in the pictures. It was actually quite a small depressing room at the back of the hotel with an outlook of a brick wall covered in overgrown weeds. Access definitely not suitable for the disabled. Maybe better used as a staff room, if there were any staff. On this note we need to mention Emma. She appeared to be receptionist, housekeeper, cook & waitress. She also did everything she could to make sure we were looked after and were comfortable. Thank you Emma! you definitely need some extra help. The only other topic we feel needs mentioning is that there were homeless people being housed at this hotel. This we felt inappropriate to be sharing with paying guests taking a holiday. With all of the above in mind we would more than likely choose to stay elsewhere if visiting the area again. Sorry!

Lovely experience
Very clean and quiet room. Because I had mobility issues and couldn't climb stairs, the host went out of his way to find me a ground floor room. Free tea, coffee, milk and sugar in the room and clean bathroom.

This is the worst hotel, if you can call it that, I have ever attempted to stay in and will be reported to the council and HSE due to the state of the rooms. Stains everywhere and covered in mould. The shower rails were hanging off. Paid for the room and couldn’t even stay in it as it was that bad, had to go elsewhere. Informed the man on reception who offered no exchange of room or refund. This hotel should be closed to public immediately.

The condition of this hotel is below the minimum hygiene standards. The room was smelly, dust and spider webs were everywhere. Will definitely not coming back again. This place needs a massive renovation

The trivelles Park Hotel Preston is the filthiest place I've seen it dosnt have any of the facilities described in the website it smells old and mudty the room we stayed in was disgusting the shower was moldy the curtains were moldy the windows were un safe and rotten this place dhould beclosed down.for health reasons it's disgraceful
