Having booked a one night stay earlier in the week, I arrived around 6.15pm after a reasonable rail journey. The reception is on the first floor, this is clearly marked with a sign by the lifts. When I got to reception thete was no one around, so I tried to use the machine which didn't work. I popped my head into the restaurant and a lovely lady came to check me in. My room, 326 on the 3rd floor was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. I didn't eat dinner there but breakfast was the usual premier inn offering albeit with one or two things missing. Very nice as always though. The hotel being right in the city centre, less than 10 minutes walk from the railway station. Hopefully to stay there again at some point.

Rooms were more than adequate, comfortable bed, clean. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Meals in the restaurant were fabulous, thanks to Shannon the chef and Ismail for his friendly and efficient table service. The lovely Lavina gave me a warm welcome to the restaurant for breakfast in the morning.

The hotel was very clean, the bed as always so comfortable but what impressed me was the staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful, they all worked so hard to make everything pleasant for me, the restaurant was immaculate even when it got busy and the food was excellent
