Central heating and 24 hours hot water. I am renting the whole flat or two bedrooms separately subject to the actual situation. The whole flat can host 5 persons max. One bed can host two people, another bed for three people. During the peak time, the two bedrooms could be fully booked but most of the time I enjoy just hosting one or two guests.
