Tourist Appartment Port View - Free Transport Structure to Cruise Ship

Need to cart luggage up 4 flights of stars. Door key works only sometimes but nobody cares. Much better options in Civitavecchia.

Room was bright and big, bath was clean and private but just down the hall. Being on the third floor and no lift was a challenge with 48lb suit cases. The front door was not inviting as was the hall but once you make it to the 3rd floor it was fine. The host was friendly and helpful.

Old building but clean. Staff very nice and helpful . Unit on 4 th floor no lift. Location is great. Advertised with breakfast but changed before checkin . No breakfast but coffee in room. BR clean , good shower. Shuttle to cruise port included. Overall good stay.

My family and I stayed at this hotel before our cruise around the Greek Isles, and it was a fantastic choice. The location is incredibly convenient—just steps away from shops and restaurants—and the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the cruise port, which made our departure stress-free. While the building doesn’t have an elevator and requires walking up four flights of stairs, the staff were more than happy to help with our luggage, which we really appreciated. The hotel also provides complimentary beverages and snacks, and the beds were extremely comfortable—perfect for a good night’s rest before our trip. Despite being so close to the bustling streets, the room was surprisingly quiet once the windows were closed. It was a peaceful and cozy stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay before their cruise.

Location was good, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Did not realize the bathroom was down the hall (that was in the small print of the description and didn’t even consider that the room did not have an en-suite bathroom or at least a sink. The bathroom was clean but smelled of mold. The bidet was not anchored to the floor and my husband almost fell off. The keys and locks need to be updated. If there was fire or other safety issue, we would not be able to get out quickly. Plus having to unlock our door, then unlock the bathroom door in the middle of the night and repeat to get back to the room was frustrating. The person who greeted us and helped with luggage was delightful and our driver to the cruise ship was also great. But I would not book this place again.

Very cozy and clean apartment. Only thing to note is that there is no elevator so if you have heavy luggages, you have to haul them up four flights of stairs. The Filipina lady who works there did help us. Bed is super comfy and walkable.
