Westgrove Hotel

We recently had our daughters communion party 🥳 in The Westgrove Clane . Fabulous day from start to finish. Beautiful food and the staff could not do enough to help. Beautiful garden with arch for photographs and the stairs in reception 😍 just beautiful for.our photographs memories. Highly recommend the Westgrove . Thanks to.Audrey and all the staff 😀

I attended a wedding and that staff could not have been better. Every single staff member I interacted with was pleasant and friendly. The Westgrove should be proud to have such excellent staff who could really make it break an event. Thanks

Myself and husband had an overnight stay after a communion. We had a lovely day at the rooftop terrace function room and the food was lovely. Later we went to the bar which closed for everyone including residents at 11.30. We were moved to a libaray room for residents but the lights were not on and no staff were there. We asked at reception about getting another drink and were told that the night shift started after 12 and would be there whenever they were free but that they where busy. The gap was a bit disappointing as the atmosphere had changed and everyone left the library room. The room was nice but I felt there was a lot of cut backs. 1 packet of biscuits for 2. no handsoap only body wash to wash your hands and no drinking water in the room. The next morning the shower was ice cold and did not heat up at all. I reported this to Reception and they said the boiler was acting up. The breakfast was good the usual cereal crossaints fruit ect and hot buffet. Overall I was a bit disappointed with the room stay and unfortunately I would not be in a hurry to book again.

This was our first family night away with our 2 small children. On arrival the staff were lovely. Our room was nice. I arrived with the children a few hours before my partner arrived. We decided to use the pool before we started getting ready for dinner. The floors in the changing rooms were lethal so wet and very very slippery. While carrying a small baby and trying to hold my 3 year olds hand from falling i dreaded the walk back to the changing room for fear i could fall. The pool itself was lovely and warm. The showers were ice cold in the changing room and when we got back to the hotel room the shower there was the exact same. Dinner was lovely but the breakfast was terrible nothing from the hot section was nice. The children were hungry leaving the hotel. For a 4 star hotel I wasn't expecting our stay to be so poor. It's not somewhere I would recommend to friends or family

Very comfortable hotel with very friendly staff throughout. Excellent food in the bar/restaurant with a great range of beers and wine. Close to Clane town centre which has a few good restaurants. The hotel is just a short drive to the famous K-Club golf resort.

Nice hotel very close to the motorway, food was good. Room was very hot though if they had air con this would be the perfect hotel. Staff in the hotel were very welcoming especially the bar staff who were very polite and friendly. I had the Thai red curry very tasty
