Muito bom. Boa localização. Quarto muito cômodo e um serviço bom. Única parte negativa e o serviço de restaurante. Cafe da manha e jantar deixam muito a desejar. Pessoal do front desk muito atencioso.

Hi, I stayed in the Coconut Grove Hotel in January 2010 for a company conference. The Hotel is OK but not great. The rooms and furnishings seemed a bit dated, the bathroom too. Breakfast was very limited and food was not great. The Gym and Spa facilities however are very good something to enjoy after long meetings. The location of the hotel is nice at the seafront, so make sure you get a room facing that side and stay away from the lifts as they are noisy.

This vacation was ruined by this property and their management. Place was not stocked as it was supposed to be. There were no dishes, no coffee supplies, there wasn't even a trash can. The shower curtain had holes in it and was barely hanging as it had been tied to the last remaining curtain rings. We pulled the sheets back at night and found trash in between the sheets. There was food found on the counter and the unit clearly had not been cleaned. The electrical outlets had no cover on them which I'm pretty sure is a huge safety issue for those with kids. What made it worse was when we reached out to the rental company they never got back to us. How's that for customer service? The rental company simply ignored us and to this day have still made no attempt to respond to our issues. The place was so gross we simply left, ate the $500 dollar cost, and went and checked into an actual hotel. I can't believe what an absolute scam this place is.

Our friends rented the whole resort for their wedding so we could all stay there. I cannot comment for the actual value compared to price since i was not paying the bill but the place was great, rooms were clean and spacious. We were just a few minutes from the beach but ended up spending a lot of time by the pool as we had families with very small kids. We did not use the individual kitchens much but used the common kitchen/BBQ area for every meal and it was really well set up. We had everything onsite to make meals for big groups every night. The wedding reception and dinner was also onsite and though the decorating and food were handled by caterers/wedding planner, it worked really well in the venue. Would definitely recommend this for family reunions, group vacations, etc...

Very convenient to the beach and other things, the property itself is set up for fun and good times, and the 2-bedroom suite with kitchen was surprisingly large and homelike. The rooms were generally clean, although there was a suspicious yellow stain on the quilt in one room and half of the dishes in the cupboard were filthy: no dishwasher present, therefore no effort was made to clean them. GUARD YOUR VALUABLES. There was some action going on in the neighborhood, and an expensive item that was accidently left behind that we tried to retrieve within an hour of checking out is gone forever. We got sketchy responses from the people answering the phone. You can have a great time at this property and it was better than most in the area, but BE SMART and ALERT.

From check in to check out the employees at this location are fantastic! We had a flight to Philadelphia from MIA the following evening and Roxy ( the manager) accommodated us with an early check in and also gave us a late check out at no charge! She truly went above and beyond to help us out and it shouldn’t go unnoticed! The room was perfect and very clean! The pool and hot tub were awesome! My gf is Vegan and I’m vegetarian. Needless to say it’s never easy finding options but this hotel actually served VEGAN SAUSAGES among so many other options! This place and staff are 5 ⭐️ all day! You won’t be disappointed!
