Excellent stay at this hotel 10/10 staff friendly room spot on carnt fault it ! enjoyed our stay breakfast was good will be back just what we needed a lovely weekend break Thank you 😊

Lovely clean room, bathroom freshly painted, well maintained- good to see this after a warm, long, holiday season ! Fantastic staff, working hard under pressure of many visitors, slightly slow technology. Great breakfast- Glad to to return again- Looking forward to next visit- thanks again x

I came here this evening, we was served by Yaz, she was very nice. We had the gammon steaks and they were lovely. Paired with our lovely refreshing drinks.

Having only two members of staff to run a pub and restaurant is begging for disaster and bad reviews. Luckily however Dan and Leah were the two people working and they did absolutely fantastically! They were drowning in customers and orders and even had people be rude and disrespectful but they both went above and beyond by providing the best customer service I’ve ever seen. I have no idea how Dan managed to get all the food cooked so well and out within a respectable time and Leah faced multiple customers being rude and she felt with them professionally and with a smile on her face. These two are more than a credit to the Premier Inn company, they should be providing classes for premier inn staff!!!! 10/10!

We came to stay at the premier inn in cleethorpes and decided to eat at the restaurant they have next door, a young lady called Yaz could not be more helpful, very considerate to all customers as there was a delay in service, even though she had worked over a 12hrs shift she continued to smile and serve while dashing around trying to help everyone. Excellent customer service skills Yaz, you stood out even well above your shift manager who wasn’t so polite. 😃

Brilliant staff so friendly. A special mention to katelyn she is great a her job so friendly . The company should be lucky to have her working here . The room was very clean the food was great . If you are ever in cleethorpes this is the place to stay xx
