Went up to ma room 412. Everything in disorder, no sheets at all. All three reading lamps of the beds on the lower level broken. Went down again and got room 413. When I opened the box under my bed to store my luggage, it was full with dirty plates and rests of bad food. The locker system was attached in a wrong way, so even if you inserted your padlock, anyone could easily remove the screws and steal your things. When I went to the shower rooms, I noticed that many rooms doors were not locked. The locks were turned around inside to prevent the doors from locking. Do they do this so homeless people fom the streets can sneak in and sleep for free. I just mind people sleeping in beds without any sheets. The faucets/ robinets were installed in a wrong way, too. Normally, it is hot water to the left, cold to the right. Here in this hostel it is messed up. Nobody cares if bedlights work or not. Watch out! They charge higher prices as stated. Left from the enntrance door, there is an info board which says breakfast is 5.90€. But I was charged 7.50€. A weird place. The staff is absolutely not qualifafied with the exception of the lady who is in charge of breakfast. P.S. I had my chorizo sausage stolen from the fridge althought I had written my room number on it as required to indicate that it was NOT for common use.

Personnel au TOP ! 40 mn de la gare Sncf, 45 mn de la gare routière, mais possibilité tram ! Commerces prés de la gare Sncf, boulangerie à proximité si petit déjeuner extérieur. centre ville à 45 mn à pied, commerces et autres activités...

J'ai été dans plusieurs auberge dans plusieurs pays mais je me souviendrai de celle ci. J'ai dormi quasiment collé à mon voisin, séparé par un simple rideaux. Je suis bien conscient du principe des auberges de jeunesse, mais un minimum de séparation est quand meme de rigueur. De plus, la propreté de la chambre était douteuse, la literie très précaire. un point pour le personnel qui a été très cordial et professionnel.

Bon accueil. Établissement adapté au groupe. Buffet petit dej copieux. Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Très satisfaisant. Établissement accueillant et propre. Seul bémol sur l'activation des cartes à notre arrivée.
