Very extensive noisy building work was in progress, bits of masonry, plaster, lots of dust in lifts stairways, and corridors. Noise from builders all day. The owners show greed and disrespect to their customers by staying open while this work goes on. The fourth floor really stank, a combination of fresh paint and sick, maybe urine. The internet never worked in the rooms. No coffee makers/kettes in the rooms. Terrible place. Staff quite friendly!

I was staying here as part of a large group of people and didn't book this hotel myself and nor would I have done if I had read some of the previous reviews. Pluses - Air con (it was very hot during our stay). - Aside from one very rude staff member, all of the staff were super-friendly, efficient & helpful and patient with my basic French. - The hairdryers was adequate. - The breakfast is plentiful and was included in our price but the choices are limited and one morning they ran out of eggs. Minuses - All the rooms - including the reception area, the breakfast / bar area, the hallways, and the rooms themselves but particularly the en suite bathrooms - need a good clean but more than that, a complete refurbishment. - The photographs advertising the rooms are very deceptive as the bedrooms are very small and very dark with tired and peeling décor in depressing greys and browns. - Our bathroom had rotten woodwork around the door and the floor. The tiles had mould on them and the area around the completely useless shower head was rusty. - The shower itself was designed for tall people only. As I am not that tall, by the time the water reached me, the pressure had all but fizzled out. As I have very long hair, I had to take the shower head down and hold it over my head while simultaneously trying to wash my hair which took ages which was not good as the shower temperature frequently changed from scalding hot to freezing cold. - The lighting in all the hallways, our bedroom and the bathroom was very poor. - There are only French TV channels. It would have been nice to have at least one in another language.

Très bonne adresse à Clermont. La chambre, bien isolée, et le lit sont confortables,la propreté parfaite,le linge de toilette changé tous les jours et le personnel, très jeune,est charmant et très compétent. Nous avons dîné au restaurant et avons été satisfaits de ce qui nous a été servi. Le quartier est calme, bien desservi par le tram et à proximité,il y a un pôle de santé et l'hôtel de police.Que demander de mieux ???

Un Ibis au prix du Ibis Style pour une prestation d'un hôtel deux étoiles. Chambre petite, peu de place pour poser les valises. Restaurant très médiocre ; Plat du jour escalope milanaise, frites et salade très ordinaire. Était-ce un plat surgelé ? Vin rosé de Provence de la pisuette et desserts sans saveur. Nous regrettons notre choix. Ce n'est pas un Ibis Style, mais de la tromperie.

Certains commentaires m'ont fait craindre de loger dans cet hôtel. Rien à dire pourtant : on est sur un bon Ibis Styles. Les chambres sont propres, l'accueil est plutôt sympathique. C'est un peu excentré mais le tram n'est pas loin et en général on a une voiture, donc on est dans le centre en 5/10 minutes. Le petit déjeuner est OK (j'ai déjà plus fourni, mais il faut quand même dire que j'ai bien mangé !). Bref rien à redire pour un Ibis Styles.

Conforme à l’enseigne. Chambre classique, confortable. Petit déjeuner. Complet et varié, même si l’établissement ne faisait pas le plein en cette veille de Noël. Parfait pour une étape entre le Nord et le Sud. Personnel agréable et sympathique. Nous y repenserons lors d’un prochain déplacement.
