"It was just overnight . Used the pool and the room was spacious and clean. Had to check out early so was unable to taste the complimentary breakfast. Staff was helpful and courteous. Thought the snacks and extra were overpriced so didn’t buy anything even though my granddaughter want some ice cream. Prices were ridiculous"

Sit back and relax in the covered lanai with your own private heated pool and spa ( additional cost for electric heating) with views of the lake and conservation area. The home is fully air conditioned for your comfort, with every convenience you need for a vacation here in the Orlando area, with Disney only 15 mins away.The owners have just completely refurbished and tastefully decorated this home in Feb 2021. Families with young children will love this home with the themed kids rooms. There is a pack n play and highchair available for use. There are 2 master en-suite bedrooms with King beds. A further 3 themed bedrooms each with twin beds and the third bathroom. "Прекрасный отель! Уютный, тихий, чистый. Есть небольшая фитнес-комната на первом этаже - я была после 9 вечера и занималась одна. Также на первом этаже есть комната для стирки вещей - стоимость стирки 3,5$, стоимость сушки такая же, длительность по 30 минут за цикл (30 мин стирка + 30 мин сушка). У нас номер был с завтраком - в целом перекусить можно, обычный Американский завтрак. Понравилось большое количество йогуртов ) и как я поняла - кофе и чай доступно 24/7 - приятно 🤗
На ресепшене была прекрасная девушка, дружелюбная и приветливая (имя не запомнила, она из Тайланда).
Номер большой, просторный, чистый. Чай, кофе и всё необходимое для душа есть.
Отель понравился, рекомендую!"

Sunset Palms Villa is conveniently situated in the Greater Groves Community on Route 27 off US 192, just 10 miles from the Disney main gate.
This villa is the owner's personal vacation home, so no detail has been spared! We truly hope that you enjoy your stay at our villa as much as we do!
THE MAIN LIVING AREA:
The formal living room is bright and open and offers a sofa and chair. There is also a desk equipped with FREE Wi-Fi High-Speed Internet so you can easily connect your laptop for web surfing, checking on flights, purchasing theme park tickets, or working (but we hope you don’t have to!) A telephone with free nationwide long-distance calling is provided.
The brightly lit formal dining room is right off the kitchen and easily seats 6-8, perfect for casual family meals or grand holiday celebrations.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with full-sized appliances and offers a wide array of utensils, pots and pans, and small appliances such as a coffee pot, toaster, and crockpot. The breakfast nook provides additional seating, adding a table and two chairs, and the breakfast bar adds seating for five more.
Snuggle in on the large sectional sofa and watch a movie on the huge, brand new 75” 4K Roku smart TV (bring your own streaming service login info or enjoy some free channels), or pop a Blu-ray movie or PS3 game into the PlayStation. The family room also offers an assortment of board games, a wide range of DVDs for the entire family, and books if you want to spend some time indoors.

This beautiful 4-bedroom villa is perfectly located and has room for up to 8 guests.
With lots to enjoy in close proximity, you will be able to enjoy a relaxing and stress-free vacation. The villa is also located centrally to reach attractions and have time to return for a nice dinner and some relaxation on the pool deck.
Our fully air-conditioned house consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a private pool and a games room (in the garage).
We also offer 2 bikes which are available for complimentary use.
The master bedroom welcomes you with a nice king size bed and ensuite bathroom, so you have enough space to get some good night rest.
The second master bedroom hosts a queen size bed, perfect for either a single use with enough space or a couple. This bedrooom has it's own bathroom.
The other 2 rooms are equipped with 2 twin size beds respectively and share the 3rd bathroom.
The master bed room offers a safe which may be used free of charge (a deposit of $500 USD applies).
All bathrooms have hair driers available.
In our kitchen you will find everything you need: dishes, utensils, cups, pots, pans, and a crockpot.
The oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink have been replaced and adjusted to new standards.
All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and flatscreen Smart TVs with Roku. Disney+ and Paramount+ are available complimentary, you can also use your own apps.
The pool deck is screened to protect it from bugs, and it offers a roofed seating area.
