Localização excelente!
Ótima localização. Ficamos perdidos no checkout, pois saímos cedo, por volta de 8:30 da manhã e não havia ninguém para receber as chaves. Mas o custo-beneficio é ótimo!

Para quem vai se hospedar e melhor dar preferência para quarto de trás pois na frente é muito baralho da rua! Camas e lençóis a melhorar! As pessoas que trabalham são muito atenciosas! A área de cozinha e boa e área coletiva também!

This is an excellent place to stay for people on a budget because the rooms are beautiful and I have a super high wood beam ceiling and with air-conditioning and everything was clean and neat and we paid less than $55 a night! Plus it was right near everything and the staff was very helpful and they have common areas we can cook your own meals and it’s very very affordable really great price for what you get! If you are a light sleeper and this might not be the room for you because the traffic from the street makes a lot of noise but that doesn’t bother me because once I’m out I’m out!

This property is realy close to many food options, as well supermarkets and very close to the beach.
The rooms at the hotel are very clean and confortables.
Share areas like kitchen and outdoor terrace are clean and you can spend some thime there reading or just relaxing.
In general, very nice place.

We stayed 5 nights at Point Break and it was great! We loved the nice location that allowed us to explore Santa Teresa, going to the beach, doing yoga, eating well. We used the shared kitchen everyday, and it was perfect to make breakfast & lunch. The room is simple but with everything you need. We booked a room upstairs with a balcony which was perfect for more privacy. The staff was always super friendly and the place was always super clean. I had to work during our stay and Wifi was good speed and stable. Definitely recommend this place.

Came here for a week to be close to the beach and have a reasonable cost since Santa Teresa is busy and quite costly. The location is on the main road and so there is road noise during the day and evening plus the dogs start barking at around 5.30am - so bring ear plugs! Also the is a rubbish bin which can smell outside the entrance. The rooms themselves are very nice and clean and function well. The beds are comfortable and the shower is good plus the air conditioning works well. The kitchen is small and there is a small dining area and some lounge seats. It is only 100m to the beach and there are great restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The service and cleaning staff are all very good and helpful. I mark it down largely due to the noise factor
