Quiet Loft on acreage and small lake - 18yrs+

Still Waters retreat is a tranquil, multi-acre property including a small, private lake, on the west side of Metro Atlanta. You are within minutes of a multitude of restaurant and grocery options, and 35 minutes from Downtown or the Airport. You will feel secluded and get the sense of slowness and peace without having to be out in the boondocks. There is a separate Cottage space below you that you do NOT share any indoor space with. In addition to the deck outside your door, there are several trails and restful outdoor spots on the property, as well as a dock on the water, that you will have access to. No pets allowed and all guests must be 18+.About pets:No pets allowed.About children:Adults only.About customRules:NO swimming or boating allowed. Fishing is catch and release.
