Travelodge Cockermouth

Perfect for our overnight stop on the way to Scotland. The room was spotless and so was the bar cafe. Breakfast was everything you need to set you up for the day. A good range of cooked and continental items in a clean and pleasant dining area. Bed was comfy with spotless linen. Very quiet overnight. Staff were unfailingly cheerful and helpful making sure that we were ok when we had to call the AA out due to a pesky sensor failing. We'll definitely be back.

Last minute stop on a drive back room was unclean bathroom was dirty no soap or shower gel when asked for some the chap gave me some in a cup nice enough but should of already been in the room and hotel smells

The staff were nice and friendly. It did not give a good feel from outside the hotel. The breakfast was less than average ( the fresh fruit were awful in taste). There was strange smell in the corridor.

We checked in to the Cockermouth Travel Lodge only to find the Accesable parking taken up by non Blue Badge holders which is very annoying as I need the space for my wheelchair. Check in was simple good clean room with an excellent wet room. Fully enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Straightforward, quiet and clean as always but WiFi issues frustrating. Codes did not work on either device, despite having stayed here multiple times before and having had no issues. Hotel itself in lovely spot; quiet and clean with great access to Lakes and west Cumbria

The travelodge is good value for money. The staff are very friendly and professional. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel is in a good location for visiting Cockermouth and is a 20 minute walk from the centre. The only downside is it is dated and could do with refurbishment as the room was tired.
