Beachside Hotel & Suites

The room we were in was dirty, had not been cleaned well. Missing tile around shower, the couch had some stains so we covered it with a sheet. The shower hot water took took for ever to get hot. Was told by the lobby clerk that the cleaning crew do not work on Wednesday. Asked to switch rooms was told all rooms by the pool were booked, this was not true most were empty. Last thing was breakfast, my wife got a bagel plastic knife and paper plate and found hair on it. Would not go back

The lady at the reception is a gem ! But the room was full of roaches, we saw one on the nightstand when we were in bed and the kids already asleep. We open our cellphone lights and saw at least 10 more roaches walking trought the room. We packed everything and get the ***k out of there ASAP. The lady at the front desk told us she was surprise since the treated 2 days earlier…. The refunded us, but never again for us !

We needed a room the night before our cruise. We picked this one because of the decent reviews. Very misleading!!. I will say that the staff was extremely friendly, but other than that this place is appalling. Once we got to the room, we saw that there was still feces in the toilet telling us that the room has never been cleaned. And there was a strong odor of mildew/mold throughout the room. It was obvious that the unit had been flooded, but never dried out.

Joli hôtel avec une piscine magnifique ,nous étions 4 et la chambre était largement suffisante,les matelas sont confortables les oreillers aussi, le petit-déjeuner il y a vraiment de tout pour manger un vrai régal, la dame de l'accueil est vraiment très gentille, il y a un parking gratuit pour les voitures. hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité prix.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beachside gem! The location couldn't be better—just a quick walk to the beach which made it so easy to soak up the sun and come back for a break whenever we needed. The lazy river pool was perfect for relaxing after a beach day and great for families too! We also loved how many restaurants and shops were just steps away—plenty of options without needing to drive anywhere. The customer service truly stood out—every staff member we interacted with was kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Spacious, clean rooms, prime location, and top-notch hospitality—can’t recommend it enough!

The overall experience of the hotel was really nice. The hotel is great for kids. It is extremely close to the beach and it offer free use of their beach equipment like umbrellas, boogie boards and surfboards. They even offer free breakfast every morning and the breakfast is a full breakfast. They have a really nice pool and lazy river that is open until about 11pm, which the kids loved. The only thing that we didn’t like about the property is that we couldn’t even really enjoy ourselves because they kept knocking on our door about noise complaints. My husband and the children were playing with a crab they found and were laughing and trying to enjoy being on vacation, when the cop on duty came around and told us if they didn’t be quiet we had to leave. I explained what they were doing but he clearly didn’t care, shrugged it off and walked away. All and all it was a nice hotel and we would book again but I think they should be a little more lenient since people are on vacation and the cop on duty shouldn’t be so rude.
