Coco Lagoon by Great Mount

We had a great stay. Staff was warm and welcoming. The amenities were good and delicious dining options, beautifully maintained pools, gardens. It is a must visit for anyone seeking relaxing getaway. Pool has been maintained so well. We have lot of gaming option for the kids.

I recently stayed at this resort and had an amazing experience! The place is surrounded by lush greenery, offering a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere that’s perfect for a getaway. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained — ideal for relaxing on a warm day. One of the highlights was the children’s play area, which kept the little ones entertained and happy throughout our stay. The food was delicious, with a great variety of local and continental dishes that satisfied everyone's taste buds. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, a perfect stay for families, couples, or anyone looking to unwind in nature with great amenities. Highly recommended!

firstly I see the description in MMT and Live location is totally wrong I had booked pool suite private, which showed while booking and also it shows bathtub both was changed at time of che ck in. at property they said check with mmt customer care which is pain to reach out for the same suite when I check I have paid almost 3 k per night extra which showed no bathtub and private pool over all frustrated and disappointment experience by MMT and Coco lagoon

We had been there thrice. Our last visit was our third trip to this place. We always like the location, the amenities, and the food. We particularly like the children's play area, the new turf, pottery hut, and the activities they plan (such as river walk, or magic show). Overall it's a very good getaway. Though they do not come without their own minor downsides. They collect feedback just as a formality with no action on them. Last two times we stayed at Plunge Pool villas, each day they cost around Rs.18K. They did not even clean the bed properly or replace the sanitary kits. The towels look old and dirty and we left a specific note to change them but it was not improved. They get rude when it's time to check out. Especially a female staff from the reception, I never remember her having a polite tone towards us whether she called us for breakfast or to ask about the checkout time. Restaurant staff are generally very good and polite, but in this one incidence, I went to have a glass of water after checkout, and she directed me to have it outside. These are certain things that makes me reconsider about further visits.
