House keeping Dept does a proper & clean job at the hotel. Mr.Sivaram is disciplined, well mannered, always smiling & helpful. Not too happy with the Room size as it is just sufficient for a single person comfort stay. A list of on request items can be placed in every room.

Every year, November month date 6th, we are celebrating,my wife birthday dinner party with cake cutting @ kiscol grand, Coimbatore. Hospitality is well & good service.

Nice hotel with hospitality and good restaurant and staff are cooperative and attentive. Rooms are neat and clean and room cleaning at its best

A very pleasant stay and had a great time spent. Staff are very courteous and helpful Kudos to the team and management. Sivaramakrishnan was very good and prompt in his service. Breakfast was sumptuous and great taste.

Good place for short stays Staff were helpful. The hotel can improve the amenities in the room...better coffee cups instead of plastic ones, provide bottled water as and when needed, newspaper delivery to rooms

We stayed dron the 19th Jan 2025 to 28th the hotel is quite comfortable ' this is my 2nd visit to the hotel I was here last year too from the UK their breakfast range ks quite good and varied every day however english style tea requests can become a challenge due to all staff not speaking english at a good standard However house keeping was excellent we had sivaraman on our floor he was awesome overall it's a nice place to stay One more thing I requested for s bottle opener to open a fana bottle I was told the bottle opener is only at the bar and the bar was closed I found this bizarre someone at the hotel should have the keys to the bar to open or the restaurant or room s ervice should have these basic items There were few small cockroaches noted in the restaurant near the food which was reported to the staff, Overall stay was comfortable a few manye constant pest control is required minor things to be.looked at tha k you

PROS : 1.Reception staff- Check-in and check out process: fast; no hassles. Staff were co-operative in extending our stay .Restaurant staff were pleasant and welcoming . 2.24/7 hot water 3.Cleanliness-good 4.Dinner buffet : grand feast and reasonably priced ; breakfast buffet post Pongal holidays was very good 5.Location : close to Ganga hospital -about 2km , Shopping district is 2-3 km walk CONS: 1.Reception area plagued with mosquitoes - no response to address this issue 2.Restaurant : had mosquitoes 3. Location : No restaurants or shopping areas around this hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kiscol Grand Coimbatore for 2 days and would like to share my appreciation for the excellent service I received.From the moment I arrived, the reception team was warm, professional and very efficient. I thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience.The food was delicious and the restaurant staff was attentive,polite and made sure I was comfortable during meal. Housekeeping staff maintaing the room kept clean,neat and well organised.
