Ramada Resort by Wyndham Side

One of the worst hotel bedrooms I have ever stayed in. Room 1024/1030. They are above the restaurant and kitchen. Arrived late Saturday night. 1. Unable to enter the room with electronic key - even the guy on reception had problems getting into it. 2. The smell in the bathroom - boiled cabbage and sewage 3. Floor had rubbish on it when we arrived. 4. Sunday morning my sister tried to take a shower. The whole room flooded. The shower doors fell off. Reported it to reception- we were then moved to room 1030. 5. Cleanliness of room was still not of a good standard. 6. Torrential rain on Thursday evening arrived back to room to find towels against the door, inside were more towels to soak up the rainwater. 7. Spoke to our holiday rep who advised that the less you paid for the holiday, you end up in these horrible rooms. 8. Food - there was plenty to choose from. 9. Beach was a good walk away. The cafe on the beach had wonderful food and was hot. 10. Would I come back to your hotel unequivocally NO. Can't speak from my travelling companions. 11. To end on a good note your reception team are very kind and are extremely helpful.

I had the best time and experience, would definitely recommend. Burak was amazing and he is a Credit to your team. If you are coming here Burak makes it worth the money. He is a credit to your company and you must make sure you keep him, what a wonderful experience

Where do i start……. So where the main area where people sit of a night time is an open area where all the rooms are based around in a circle going up four floor. So the noise of people drinking and get drunk echos all around and sounds like they are outside your door, even on the fourth floor. The restaurant shuts at 8.30pm and they turn the light down and take food away from the stands. So if you dont leave the beach when its hot and sunny you miss dinner. The bar at the pools shuts at 5pm. The showers are cold….. everyday water has been cold since 6pm. The beach is a 15 minute walk away and they take food away 30 minutes before it supposed to finish. Not always given clean towels in room, or cleaned properly if at all….. I could go on and on….. Im not a fussy person and stayed at a lot of places but this is BAD Food is the exactly the same lunch and dinnere time every day as well…. If you say anything at reception the manager does not care at all. Avoid this hotel if you want a good holiday!!!!!!

Furkan was very good on the entertainment side and with the kids during day and evening, hotel was brilliant food and venue with beautiful beach , would definitely recommend to visit with family and will be returning, we have had a great time

Daha öncede tercih edip geldiğim bir oteldi fiyat performans oteli olduğunu baştan belirteyim çok büyük beklentilere girmemenizi öneririm ama personelin ilgisi alakası gerçekten çok iyiydi bu sene tekrar tercih etmemde önemli bir etken oldu özellik barda çalışan arkadaşlar Burak kardeşim İbrahim abi Yusuf, Bora ve Taner beyler ile restorana bakan garson arkadaşlardan Mehmet kardeşim ve diğer takım arkadaşları çok iyiydi Oda temizliği konusuna gelirsek bu konuda bu sene geçen seneye göre çok daha başarılar ismini hatırlayamadığım bir hanımefendi vardı sanırım safiye naz hanımdı ismi o çok itinayla temizledi odamızı her sene kendini hizmet konusunda geliştiren bir otel uzun sözün kısası gelmenizi tavsiye ederim plajı yakın Ring seferleri artırılmalı ve yemek çeşitlerine biraz daha ilgi gösterilmeli

Don’t even know where to start! If you dont want a horrible start to your holiday, stay away from this place! Rooms were INFESTED with ants, asked for a room swap (didnt swap). Stayed in a family room, not all rooms had a charging plug, to top it off, 2 of the very limited charging sockets weren’t working! Asked for a room change and still no change! Charging €15 per person to use the WiFi up in the rooms or use the completely unstable WiFi in the lobby…my brother paid €15 for WiFi for the WEEK, internet was down for 2 days, no refund or even a partial refund from the hotel. Staff are also very rude to ANYONE who’s not speaking Dutch. My mum asked for milk to the bartender, to which she was then yelled at and shooed off, bartender continued to be nice and friendly to literally everyone and anybody. Buffet has very little options and aswell as constantly having flies around the food…the food is barely cooked! Id consider myself lucky if i manage to find a normal basic egg without egg shells and the slime! The food also doesnt tsste the best either! Do yourselves a favour and look somewhere else to stay becsuse this hotel is NOT hotelling. PS; maids dont even clean your rooms :(
