The “Ranch” Bedroom provides a queen size bed and guest closet. It also has a 42" wall mounted smart TV. This bedroom offers "blackout" curtains for maximum relaxation. The “Rodeo” Bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, a twin size bed, and guest closet. All bed linens are furnished. Two twin sofa beds and a cowboy cot can accommodate 3 more guests. All sleeping areas offer ceiling fans for your comfort. One and a half newly remodeled bathrooms provide toilets, vanities, and a large walk in shower. Towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and blow dryer are provided.The complete laundry room is equipped with washer, dryer, detergent, and fabric softener sheets for your convenience.Enjoy your morning coffee on the large covered patio or beneath the century old Oak trees. While walking your pet, they should be kept on a leash, so they do not escape into the highway or into the nearby pasture where livestock reside.Smoking is not permitted in the house.
