hat alles top geklappt, wir hatten 2 kleine Hunde mit, alle sehr nett, sauber und sehr ruhig! Parkplatz vorher buchen online, Parkhaus an der Börse, keine 5 Min zu Fuss weg, perfekt! Ideales Hotel um die Stadt zusehen, sehr zentral!

Nos confundimos en la fecha de reserva y el hotel no quiso ni cambiarnos la fecha ni nada y llamamos 30 minutos después de hacer la reserva ….. Su contratación fue que si queríamos otra reserva que la hiciéramos pero ni nos cambiaba las fechas ni nos daba código descuento ni nada. Solo queríamos cambiar la fecha. Ahora estoy sin hotel y con 100€ menos. Pero claro tengo que no reservaré ni iré nunca a este hotel. Trato déspota por parte de ellos.

Hotel cancelled my family’s 1-night visit 5 days before we were due to check in. A generic ‘payment card issue’ was given as the reason. However, full payment was due at the property. When I tried to re-book, there were no rooms for our size, but there were rooms for smaller groups (we are a family of 5; 2 adults, 3 children aged 11 years.) If you want a guaranteed booking and a bed for the night - don’t book with this hotel!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. ITS A SCAM. We arrived at 11pm to find the hotel closed with no signs of life at all. We tried to contact them using the number provided but it was no longer connected. We rang agoda who we’d booked through but they had no way of contacting them either. We had no where to stay, it was -9 and there wasn’t anyway to book another hotel. We had to get the train back to the airport and spend the night there. We returned to the hotel at 9 am the following morning At this point we’d been awake for over 24 hours. The hotel reception was still closed but eventually a lady answered the door and informed us the hotel had been closed for 6 weeks and we should have been informed. We weren’t informed. She finally let us in and said she would try to find out where we were booked in. After over an hour she informed us they had transferred us to a hotel just up the road. On arrival at the new hotel we discovered it was run down and filthy. We cut our losses and booked somewhere else ourselves. We have never received a refund for our stay.
