在硬件設施方面急需得到改善。誰能想到偌大的酒店連一個吹風機都沒有,需要由酒店員工自己來尋找並提供給客户。運動器械方面,網頁上表明的健身房也衹是一台跑步機和一台綜合訓練器械,並且器械生銹污損了也沒有人管理,十分差勁。早餐方面,網頁標註早餐形式為自助餐,可線下卻是套餐,我的房費包含了兩份早餐,在用餐時卻衹提供一份!非一起入住的房客還不能同時使用早餐名額😓。

There is an urgent need to improve the hardware facilities. Who would have thought that such a big hotel doesn't even have a hair dryer, and it needs to be found by hotel employees themselves and provided to customers. In terms of sports equipment, the gym shown on the webpage is only a treadmill and a comprehensive training equipment, and the equipment is rusty and dirty, and no one manages it, which is very poor. For breakfast in the hotel, the website indicates that the breakfast form is buffet, but it is a set meal offline. My room rate includes two breakfasts, but I only provide one when I eat! Non-roommates cannot use breakfast places at the same time.This made me so embarrassed. 😡😡
