House is originally from 1910 but was renovated in 2019, and finished up in 2024. We are ready to welcome you to our our golf cart community with both historic charm and modern amenities. A lovely cottage to relax and unwind, an excellent choice for your getaway.
2 ground floor bedrooms, 2 bedrooms upstairs. Both bathrooms are on the ground floor. Large kitchen, with a table for 6. Fantastic week-long stay with my spouse and two dogs in October. Very clean house, large updated kitchen, nice updated bathrooms, front porch for sitting and enjoying river views, and the neighbors waive when they drive by! Friendly community who is welcoming to short-term renters—had so many conversations with locals. Enjoyed the easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and pier. Rented a golf cart to get around which was so much fun! Really quiet area which was exactly what we wanted.Host is very nice, easy comms, and good restaurant recommendations. No issues bringing our two medium-size dogs who enjoyed daily walks and smells on the beach area.

The worst part was having to leave. Home is beautiful, clean, and more than enough space. Kathy was a fabulous host and made sure we had everything we needed. That front porch…….. was great for morning coffee and mimosas and evening cocktails. Convenient location and walking distance to many shops and restaurants! Thanks so much…we had a great stay!

This is a beautiful home. This is Our second stay this year in this wonderful cottage. We love the water view from the comfortable chairs on the beautiful front porch. Our Host was amazing. She left awesome treats for us and had a basket of toys out for our four year old niece. This home is so clean and is so close to things to do. We love it and we look forward to staying at this cottage again.

WOW,WOW,WOW! What a lovely home. Kathy was a super hostess. The house has everything you need and more to have a wonderful stay. The yard is fenced in and kept our small puppers safe and sound. You are in walking distance to the beach/river. Also, there are many eating places of all kinds, brewery/coffee shops, and yes, even ice cream. We will be back!!!
