The best part about our experience was Taylor, the young woman who assisted us. She was extremely helpful and kind. Very caring and a problem solver.
Our first room smelled like it had a mold problem. Taylor was able to switch us and our second room was suitable once we were able to finally get the ac to work. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The juice machine originally didn’t work. The poor desk clerk was the one who had to be a jack-of-all trades. The hotel seemed to be understaffed.

This is a good budget hotel. Everything went well from check in to breakfast the next morning. I’d go back here without hesitation.

We stayed at 8 different hotels on this road trip and Micro Inn by Wyndham in Columbus was by far the nicest. I try to find reasonably priced places and am often surprised. Staff was so attentive (Herman Drayton especially) and
we loved the design and cleanliness of our room.

Visually appealing exterior. Have stayed here before and will again. Very clean facility and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Liked the cleanliness of the room and very comfortable beds.
