Residence Inn, Columbus, OH (Polaris) is by far one of the BEST hotels that we have stayed at so far! Whenever I travel to Columbus, Ohio, I almost always stay at the Residence Inn on Polaris Parkway—about 90% of the time! The staff is truly exceptional, and Chrissy, in particular, has consistently gone above and beyond. She’s always helpful, attentive, and available to assist with anything my family and I may need during our stay. Chrissy’s commitment to outstanding service ensures every visit is comfortable and memorable, and it shows! She’s mindful of our long drive from out of state, and always makes an effort to accommodate our early check-in requests, which we truly appreciate. We’ve never had a single issue, and I can’t say enough great things about the entire team. Thank you, Residence Inn Columbus (Polaris), for always providing such a positive experience—we’ll definitely be back again soon!

Worst experience of our hotel life! When we arrived they made no effort to accommodate the early check in. The elevator was broken if you wanted to go down. So carried luggage down the stairs when fleeing. We are both close to 70 years old. We requested one extra pillow three times in 2 days and were consistently ignored or told they had none available. The bed was low to the ground and the mattress was like something you find for free on the roadside after several storms.We requested housekeeping and never received it. Then the air conditioning failed throughout the entire hotel (except the lobby -how wonderful for the staff). We returned back to the hotel after the fireworks at 11:00 PM and it was 80 degrees in the room and were told no hope for repair. No hope to book something that late either. The next day as the lobby flooded with patrons checking out, we were reimbursed one night and regardless of purchasing another hotel for more money- because it was a Saturday, they would only give us points that amounted to about less than 10$ - never mind the uber to get there. Went to another Marriott at OSU and it was amazing! Great bed, wonderful atmosphere, clean and accommodating. Avoid residence Inn Columbus Polaris!!!

As I am a traveler and performer for over 40 years, it is wonderful to have the personal touch and someone go the extra mile in this day and age of craziness. Thank you to Larry and Lakisha as they went above and beyond to help me with my stay. One of the nicest rooms and nicest people that I've ever got the pleasure of being around, my business meeting was a success from a well-night's sleep and a great experience. I highly recommend everyone here at the facility. It was the very best.

Stayed here for a week and key card stopped working so I went in to get a new card. Walked thru the front doors and there was a man at the desk. We made eye contact but he did not say anything but there was a white lady at the counter so I waited behind her. 10 minutes goes by and a white man walks in and he immediately greeted him “hello sir I will be right with you” I did not think nothing of it at that point maybe he was busy when I walked in. So he was done with the lady and he turn to the white man and ask “how can I help you sir? The white man said “i believe that gentleman is before me” point my way. The black man behind the counter then turns to me and acknowledged that I was there. I did not say anything but in my head I wanted to say maybe it’s my skin tone that he did not think I could afford a room there. Residence inn your employees should have better training or your policies of treating people equally regardless of their skin tone should be better…

Stayed there Friday December 6 2024 Multiple vehicles had windows broken out and is happening in this area almost nightly. Front desk was no help, offered no assistance I guess, so there is no way they would be perceived as having any liability. We have been to this area the last 9 years and will never be back!!!!!!!!!!

Residence Inn Polaris Great area with lots of places to eat and shop in walking distance. We had a room with 2 bedrooms and full kitchen. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Derek at check in was great and very helpful Free breakfast in the morning and free parking. Lots of great places to walk around.
