The front desk was very accommodating. We were a late check in and late check out and they had no problem with it. The beds and pillows are amazing and room was very clean. Will be back again in September.

The place has upgraded itself with rooms ,bathrooms & parking. It says breakfast included. The breakfast is a cup of coffee,or tea & mini muffins from the dollar tree.Don't count on breakfast unless you're 3 years old.No milk,juice or apples or bananas. Bring your own . No coffee pot in the room either.Otherwise the place is ok.

This is the WORST place I have ever stayed at. The room basically was remodeled but unfinished. The toilet bowl was moving, hair on the floor, tile in the bathroom unfinished. The worst is underneath the mattress is medal frame. Every move you make, it's noisy. we told the manager and he said he could give us a different room but would not help us to move our stuffs such as luggages. One more thing, pillows were smelled! NEVER STAY THERE!

Clean good service easy access. No reL issues was there for family visit and appointment. Check-in was extremely easy room was recently remodeled and was very clean. Bathroom a little dated but clean. No real breakfast other than coffee and muffins.

Great place for the price. Looking for an affordable place to sleep during a long drive home and this was it. Yes, there are a few things that could be improved but I didn't stay at a Hilton and I know that. I am very happy with everything overall and will probably stay again next time I do this drive! Thanks Days Inn!

I'm a smoker and most times I have to go to Motel6. I was excited to know they had smoking rooms. The scent coming in was nice, the room was very clean but there were good sheets, pillowcases and covers on the bed!! Most smoking rooms have holes in the bedding. I was very satisfied and I will be back for my self-care vacations!!!

I won’t stay anywhere else in Columbus. Friendliest staff. Best price. Modern Decor. CLEAN. Easy access to freeway system. Close restaurants and entertainment. They were very accommodating when I stayed an extra night and then did it again!

Booked a non-smoking Studio Suite for a three night stay in July '24. During the entire stay the room was never cleaned. Linens and/or towels were not changed. There were dead bugs in the room. After waiting patiently for a day & half, I complained about the room not being cleaned to the desk clerk in the evening. His only response was, "house-keeping had already left for the day." No apology. No promise to relay my complaints. No coffee pot of any type in the room. Poor quality for the price of $100+ per night. I don't recommend this chain in this city and should me or my family ever return, we won't stay in this flea-bag motel!

Just want to give kudos to Moe who helped with a big problem with our reservation. We had requested a room with king size bed and walk in shower due to mobility issues. When we attempted to check in, none of the available rooms would be acceptable. Due to booking through Priceline, it was difficult to cancel the reservation so we could get a refund and go elsewhere. Moe at the front desk made the necessary calls and we recently received our refund. We really appreciate his professionalism and assistance in a very stressful situation. Thanks Moe!
