This was a great centrally located stylish hotel. Went with a friend to a concert in the area. Room was clean with a great view of downtown. We enjoyed the bar in the evening and the snack stand. Definitely would stay again!

Before arrival I sent message to hotel via the app that I have a feather allergy and required a feather free room. Upon arrival I asked the person at the Front Desk if they saw my message. He replied yes and said I was in a feather free room. Once I emptied the room, I took off my jacket and started feeling the tingling an allergy type reaction to something in the room. My feather free room had two feather pillows. I threw the pillows into the hallway.I called down to the front desk to let him know. I should have been put into another room, but instead I had to take 3 Benadryl to be able to sleep and not keep scratching my arms and legs. This place is loud, chaotic and definitely not a place for a business traveler.

Upon arrival our room was filthy. Stains stains on the wall, stains on the sheets, stain on the headboard, painters tape around the trim on the wall, handprints all over the walls. We asked the desk if they could switch us to a cleaner room, they said they didn't have another room available to switch us to, all the hotels in the area were booked due to the event we were there for. We asked to speak to a manager at which point we were told the manager would not be available until Monday morning. They said if we made them a list they would clean everything for us, so we made a list of stuff that was dirty, gave it to them and we were made to wait in the lobby while they cleaned. When we re-entered the room after the second cleaning it was still extremely dirty. We called the Desk and asked if we could just get some cleaning products and we would clean the room ourselves, they said due to OSHA laws they could not do that. At this point we then received a call from a manager named Gwen, even though they said they couldn't contact her until Monday, where we were told that if we continued to complain we would be asked to leave. There were no other hotels available in the area so we had no choice but to stay. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. After the second cleaning the sheets were still stained, there was still drips of some sort of substance all down the wall, and there was hair all over the sheets that they put on our bed. I would never stay here again even if I could stay for free. Marriott should have better standards than this.

Perfect area. Close by food options and stores. It's a little confusing when you get there. The check in desk isn't there when you wall in the door. You have to take the elevator up a floor to get to it. When doing the pre-check in via the email they sent, they gave an option for turn down service during your stay. You could select "yes" or "no". I selected "no". Personal preference, I just don't particularly care for strangers in my room when I'm staying somewhere. Imagine my surprise when I came back one day to find that they had been in there. (We were there for 3 nights) I guess, don't put that in the questionnaire if you're not going to honor it. Minor to some, but it bothered me. There was a piece pulled up in the shower that covers the drain, the light on one side of bed didn't work, and there were some crazy cobwebs in the top corners of the room. Despite all if that though, it really is a nice hotel. I really liked the security they had in the parking lots and that you had to have keys to get to your floors.

Our stay was amazing. Nice clean space for me and my husband to celebrate our anniversary.

Thin Walls or Loud Guests? Love this hotel!!! The only problem is the walls must be thin or I must have had loud people above me. I was woken up at 4:30 am and had to call the front desk. And then again at 7:30 am. It was pretty awful!
