Le spectacle "this is it" est fantastique. Le spectacle "Grease" aussi. Le club est génial, les piscines sont au top. Les repas sont variés et de bonne qualité. Bravo.

Recently returned from a 7-night all inclusive stay. I'll start with all the good and then move onto the parts I feel are misleading/can be improved on. The hotel itself is very nice. Clean both outside and inside. The lobby is very well maintained and the decor is nice. Plenty of seating in the bars and reception area. The food was very good. I heard some people say it's repetitive, but I think 99% of hotels will repeat the same food if you're stay is longer than a week, they can't make something different every single week, it's not possible. I found the food to be fresh, hot and tasty. A good variety of items available every day. The 2 onsite restaurants that you book on arrival were good as well, definitely book them if you're staying 7 nights or longer. It's still buffet style but it's just a change from the regular buffet restaurant. The pool areas are large and very good for families, with 2 indoor restaurants serving lunch and drinks (1 more healthy options than the other). The adult only pool area is also very good. With its own bar close by. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, clean and modern. Our bedsheets weren't changed during our stay, however, we've found this is the case with a lot of hotels now days. They are very strict in reserving sun beds before 10am. Aslong as you're sat on the beds you're fine to reserve them, however, if you leave a towel on them they'll remove the towel. I liked this very much. --- Now for the parts I had issues with: The adults only pool area had very strange opening times which changed daily. Our first 2 days it was open from 9:15am. The next 2 was around 9:30am and then our final days it was closed to 10:00am. No signs indicating opening hours, only that the lifeguard will be there from 10:00am. The actual bed area opened up on random times. The hotel is not a resort. The wristbands advertise it as a resort but I can assure you it is not. Yes, it's a very large hotel, but having stayed in resorts in other countries, more recently Cape Verde, I can say with confidence this hotel in my opinion is bot a resort. The drinks selections are poor, especially for cocktails. And the cocktail machine wasn't working correctly for the first 2 days for us, we'd press mojito and get a red watered down liquid not even filling the cup 1/4 of the way up. This was fixed and the cocktails poured correctly and tasted okay, but they are certainly watered down. The beer is either tropical or san Miguel, depending which bar you went too. Spirits are very basic house spirits unless you pay for the branded ones. Soft drinks were good and all branded. The main pool area, VERY busy with families and kids, balls being launched around etc, if you're okay with that then this hotel is perfect, if you're wanting a more relaxed day, get in the adult only area straight away. I also hated the hard stones/sand that surrounded 50% of the beds, it also made its way into the main pool making it very unpleasant at times.

We had a fantastic stay at the Maspalomas Princess TUI Resort with our family and 8-year-old daughter. Everything was great from the start. The hotel is perfect for families – there are many different pools depending on your needs, all very clean and safe, with lifeguard support. The entertainment team was amazing and made a big difference to our stay. We were especially lucky to meet Sandra, a Polish animator, who was incredibly nice and built a great relationship with our daughter in just a few days. The food was very good with lots of variety – everyone can find something they like. The rooms were very clean and in good condition. The entertainment program was really interesting with activities for both kids and adults. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and fun family vacation. We’d love to come back!
