Grupotel Playa Feliz

We simply love it at Playa Feliz, this was our second visit. We'll definitely return next September. The self catering chalets are well equipped and the rooms are generous in size. We optioned for B&B and enjoyed a delicious buffet style breakfast served by really friendly staff.

We spent an amazing 2 weeks at Playa Feliz, in May, in a lovely poolside apartment. Hotel staff at Playa Feliz and Orquida were all really helpful and friendly, with the exception of the grumpy staff at Thea’s bar in Playa Feliz. Ella from the entertainment team was so lovely and really got to know our children. She was always happy, smiling and full of energy. She’s an asset to TUI! Vidal and Ali in particular, made our daughter’s holiday. They were fun and friendly, always remembered her name and would always chat when around the complex. Even in their own time! Our little boy adored all three of the baby club girls, and looked star struck when he saw them up on the stage during teams night. Pools were brilliant. Warm and clean. Food was really nice. Out of 14 nights, we only had one bad night. Didn’t really fancy anything they were serving and even the pizza was bad that night. The other nights were lovely. Always lots to choose from. Loved the cocktails. Especially the daily specials served at lunch. The garden party and foam party were so much fun. I can’t really fault anything. The whole place was spotless and we loved our stay. Would definitely go back again!

Very good location, close to airport. Excellent and very helpful staff, very clean appartment, quiet area. Amazing food.

Excellent visit in Playa Feliz. Whole family enjoyed the stay. Lovely small beach, nice pools and peaceful environment. Lots of activies you can participate. Food was okay. We had all inclusive. Service was excellent. And if you want to take trips, everything is quite close by. Room was clean and the best choise was to book a room with pool view.

Nice hotel, very clean throughout. The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable and modern. The hotel has a large pool and plenty of sunbeds. Staff were all friendly and I joined in some of the pool activities with Steph, who was excellent. The resort itself is small, which was fine for us. We used the local bus a couple of times, which was easy, however I would not recommend Las Palmas. The resort square, has a few restuaurants, and a good atmostphere. We ate at all the restaurants during our stay, but our favourite was the Grill!

Our experience staying at Grupotel Playa Feliz has allways been pure pleasure, and we have been here several times. The rooms are really nice and practical, many of them just a few meters from the sea, and the cleaning is excellent. The pool area is really nice. The restaurant is clean and cozy, and the food is good. Unfornately they dont serve dinner here anymore, only breakfast and lunch. Dinner is served at hotel Orquidea just a few minutes away. The atmosphere at Playa Feliz is relly nice, due to the allmost extreme helpful and frendly staff. The hotel area have easy access everywhere for people using wheelchairs, and that is one of the reasons why we love this hotel. Getting around on the island is also easy and not expensive, due to excellent bus connexion allmost everywhere. Bus stops is not far away from the hotel. Groseryshops are nearby. Playa Feliz is alsothe perfect hotel for people with children who wants to spend their holidays under safe and quiet condicions, and they have a lot of things going on for the children.
