"The facilities are complete, the room is quiet, and the service is very friendly. The location is good, less than 20 minutes drive to Kings Park. If there is not enough parking space in the yard, you can park on the roadside nearby."

So I asked if it was possible to make a romantic gesture in the bedroom and the result was there
Towels in the shape of kissing swans were placed on the bed with a bottle of sparkling white wine

"The transportation is convenient, there are clothes dryers, dishwashers, breakfast in the room, and a terrace, which is convenient for laundry. The facilities are complete, but there are many stairs, and it is difficult to carry luggage."

"Being around a university means slower and younger vibes. Love the area since we were there for a night on a weekend. The room was huge and everything is good. Love the balcony for sure.
It didn’t come with toiletries, not sure if it can be requested. Cleanliness wise, a bit upset that we found an underwear (not sure used or not), at the back of the sofa… Disturbing but negligible.
Also they have a rooftop area but doesn’t seem to be accessible…"

"We enjoyed our stay here. Clean and spacious room. We rented a car during our stay in Perth, so it does not bother us that the hotel is a distance away from the city area. Furthermore, the parking here is free compared to hotel in the city which charges for parking. The room comes with balcony and great view of the city landscape."

"fantastic location ! woke up to a lovely harbour view , fresh air , directly opposite the ferry trrminal, where you can just hop on the ferry to cross opposite to cbd, downtown, chiantown etc in a mere 10 mins ride ! hotel is clean, new , come fully fitted with kitchenette, onsite carpark is available , also theres a free washing machine and dryer at level 2 and BBq pit which was awesome "

"This stay is the second stay of this trip. The front desk clerk is still kind and kind. The hotel faces the riverside and the environment is first-class. The sanitation in the room was slightly worse. There were white bugs beating, turning around, and there were insects crawling in the bathroom. I was killed. It was very scary."

"Checked in After 6pm and received email with code to able to draw room key from box. Large room for 3pax and bath room shower head water pressure is good. Only disappointed is unable to connect to WiFi although inform reception still not resolved also phone without cable so unable to call reception."

"The location is opposite the University of Western Australia and next to the sea. It is a small hotel. The parking space is very insufficient and you have to pay extra. The room has almost no facilities. You have to ask for a toothbrush at the counter and slippers are not provided. I can only say that it is a bit expensive for the price."
