Boutique hotel is in a great location, near duomo. Our room was a bit small but very nice and clean. Complimentary breakfast.

This hotel is the perfect place to visit when coming to Como. It is centrally located and just 5 minutes from the lake itself. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the morning set you up nicely for the day and you could always get a nightcap when returning late. Highly recommend.

A gem of a boutique hotel.. Stayed 3 nights in June and from the moment of arrival to departure it was a fantastic experience.. The staff were great and made us feel welcome on every occasion..Special thank you to Nicoletta whose warm, friendly and genuine manner made our stay truly a home from home.. The hotel was spotless and comfortable and in a brilliant location to restaurants, Lake Como ferry, shops and more. The rooms where well appointed and beds very comfortable and linen spotless.. Great sleep each night and although hotel is central there was zero noise( a rarity in most places).. The breakfast was delicious and of high quality ingredients and the waiting staff polite, helpful and courteous.. Overall truly a 5 star experience and would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat..Really enjoyed Como, the food, the area and the hospitality from the Italians.. Grazie Mille

This is a charming, modern hotel tucked into a courtyard in the heart of Como. A quick five minute walk to the ferry and to dozens of restaurants and shops made the location A+ for us. The staff was extremely charming and helpful, even suggesting and making us to-go bags for breakfast and we left early to catch a ferry. Our room was small, but well-designed and organized so it didn't feel problematic.
