酒店原始硬件投資是可以的，但估計是礙於三年疫情影響，讓整個酒店的經營對成本極為看重，這個與酒店的定位完全不對等。 1. 入住當晚的特色自助燒烤，人民幣近800一位，衹有烤蝦、魷魚串、豬肉串、牛肉串和部分蔬菜提供，選擇性極少，而且烤蝦小且不夠新鮮，肉質很硬。 2. 酒店提供下午4點到昆島鎮子上的區間車， 實際出行車輛居然是酒店叫來的兩輛出租車， 而且還要跟其他客人拼車， 表示不滿，讓酒店幫忙再叫輛出租車，我們自己付費，也就人民幣30塊， 最後等了10多分鐘，酒店派接機的大麪包車送我們去的鎮上，車程10分鐘左右。 3. 我們訂的雙卧室海濱別墅，入住後發現帶廚房， 但油煙機、烤箱、爐灶均被斷電，鍋碗也被酒店鎖在櫃子裏，另外房間的三個冰箱均沒有任何飲品提供，衹有瓶裝水，酒店把整個迷你吧能消費的東西全部撤走了，這個與油管4年前別人的入住視頻差距較大，視頻中那叫琳琅滿目。 4. 酒店不允許從外面帶任何吃的喝的東西回房間，包括水果，理由是怕塑料包裝污染環境，這個理由我覺得很牽強，猜想是以此增加酒店的餐飲消費，但酒店又不提供可在房間消費的迷你吧和每日水果，任何吃的喝的衹能在規定的時間去餐廳覓食，步行過去20分鐘😅 整體入住下來感覺有點像坐牢，很單調，不夠放鬆，另外酒店一共有兩家餐廳，位於海灘的西餐廳廚師水準還是有的，入住期間在這吃的牛肉漢堡，汁水很多很美味正宗。 管家服務也很好，基本24小時在線回答問題，但酒店的不足是管理層格局和理念不足造成的，一副小家子氣扣扣搜搜的感覺，哈哈哈。

非常棒的體驗

第一次入駐Six Senses,從接機開始整個體驗非常到位。Villa複式兩層，帶私人泳池，可以直接下到沙灘，私密性非常好。餐飲水準很高，早餐的buffet和晚上的越南美食都很不錯。Resort 準備了豐富的活動，體驗了Hiking, Body Board和SPA，非常享受。整個服務團隊熱情，響應迅速，感謝GEM Kieu還有Hiking team Vien以及Vikrant和Moath. 昆島以前為國家公園，環境靜謐，遊客稀少。

We just returned from an unforgettable 2-night stay at Six Senses Con Dao, and I couldn’t recommend it more. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in serene natural beauty, impeccable service, and thoughtful touches that made our vacation truly special. A huge thank you to Hau, our dedicated GEM (butler), who took such great care of us, always one step ahead with kind suggestions and warm service. We also had the chance to join a sustainability tour led by Chau, who not only educated us but also inspired both me and my daughter with stories of the resort’s conservation efforts and eco-friendly practices. It's rare to find a place that delivers luxury while staying committed to sustainability in such a genuine way. The kids club deserves a special mention. My little one absolutely loved it and was constantly asking to go back. It's such a relief as a parent to have a safe, creative space for kids to play and learn while you unwind. The beach is picture-perfect, the villa was spotless, and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. Every meal we had was delicious, but the breakfast truly stood out - fresh, diverse, and beautifully presented. A highlight of our stay was the outdoor cinema tucked away in the jungle, a magical experience under the stars that we’ll remember for a long time. As a small suggestion, since the resort has activity of recycling used cooking oil to make soap (which is amazing!), it would be wonderful to see this handmade soap used in the villas instead of the current handwashing liquid - bringing the sustainability loop full circle. Thank you, Six Senses Con Dao, for the memories. We can’t wait to return.

The most incredible service as always from this beautiful chain of hotels. It doesn’t feel like a chain.. it feels utterly bespoke. They think of everything for you.. even before you’ve thought about it yourself. The complimentary touches are incredible and generous. You feel apart of a family and Tu Our gem was BRILLIANT! Vincent was great at making cocktails and entertaining us with his interesting conversation! And Phuoc was the best massage therapist I’ve ever had! Thank you so much!! Highly recommend!!!

Wir haben eine Wochen in diesem tollen Ressort verbracht und fanden es einfach traumhaft! Wunderschöne Villa mit eigenem Pool und sehr aufmerksamer Betreuung! Unglaublich schöner breiter Strand der ausschließlich den Hotelgästen zur Verfügung steht und bei einem Spaziergang von einem zum anderen Ende fühlt man sich alleine auf einer paradiesischen Insel. Zu erwähnen ist natürlich auch das neue SPA das sehr idyllisch in die Anlage eingebettet wurde und sehr tolle Behandlungen bietet, die natürlich ihren Preis haben! Das Essen sehr gut, wir hatten Halbpension die man - je nach Wunsch - im internationalen Restaurant direkt am Strand oder im vietnamesischen Restaurant mit Meerblick einnehmen konnte. Beides sehr gut, wie auch das Frühstück im Strandrestaurant das keine Wünsche offen läßt. Wenn man etwas negatives finden will dann die Weinpreise die wirklich extrem hoch waren, was man nicht wirklich nachvollziehen kann. Aber alles in Allem ein traumhafter Aufenthalt!
