Hotel Casa Playa Zorritos

Service was ok, everyone was nice and helpful. Food is great to. Few things to point out. The message therapy was also great but tried to use the jacuzzi but water was cold, wanted hotter tub but personal couldn't do it, their excuse was they needed permission from management. First day, we went to the beach, nice and clean from the outside. My wife and I like to go deep, unfortunately we were stopped at few areas, due to small stones, that was ok until we came across few sharp rocks. They do have a first aid person, he was very helpful. There was no sign displayed anywhere warning about the sharp rocks. My wife tried to explained this event to the front desk person and he just moved his head and said ok. It seems that they have heard this before and didn't care to take the next complained. Tried to show the wounds and not even saw them . Hopefully the next person that comes to this place, they are more careful with getting into the water. I don't want to imagine if this happens to some's kids or to the elderly. I see management cares about looks but not too much in safety and customer service.
