On the lower level, one of the primary bedrooms has a king bed & attached ensuite bathroom. On the top level, you'll find the remaining three bedrooms, all located right down the hallway from the main entertaining space. One of the primary bedrooms on this floor has another king bed, a smart TV, and also an attached ensuite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom is designed to be a kids' room, with two twin-over-full bunk beds. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ On the lower level, the primary bedroom's attached ensuite bathroom has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. Upstairs, the remaining two bathrooms also have the same layout. One of these bathrooms is a private attached ensuite to one of the bedrooms, while the other is accessible from the hallway. ☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆ The kitchen & dining area is beautiful, modern, and opens up to the rest of the living space! The kitchen has been completely renovated, with gorgeous, white countertops & cabinets, new stainless steel appliances, and a coffee station (Keurig & coffee pods). Right next to the kitchen is the dining area, with a big dining table that can comfortably seat 10, plus two more at the kitchen countertop seats. The dining area has direct access to the back patio on one side, and on the other, the entire space opens up to the main living area. ☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆ As you walk in, you will be greeted with a grand living room with lots of comfy seating, tall, vaulted ceilings, and a smart TV. This space is so cozy and perfect for all your family and friends to hang out and host movie nights together, all while having an amazing view right outside of the beautiful Poconos woodlands! ☆☆ GAME ROOMS ☆☆ This cabin has two game rooms, each packed with entertainment & amenities! The first game room is centered around a pool table, but also equipped with a smart TV, two arcade games (Marvel & The Simpsons), and lots of board games & card games. Right down the hall, the second game room has a dedicated kids' table, as well as an adults' table on the other end of the room. On one end, we have another arcade game (Ms. Pac Man), Giant Connect 4, and a small kids' table. On the other end, you can enjoy a game of darts, tic-tac-toe, or just relax in the lounge-style seating below a big, bright window overlooking the Poconos forest! ☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆ This home boasts a very unique outdoor space, with a two-tier deck and lots of amenities on both levels! On the lower level, you will walk out into the back deck through the game room, where you'll be greeted with a fire pit, corn hole, and endless views of nature! Turning to your right, you'll see the private hot tub area; a perfect spot to unwind below the bistro lights after adventuring through the Poconos! Pet fee is $50 per pet, max of 4. ℹ️ HOUSE RULES: 1. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests is 12, unless otherwise agreed. 2. Events/Parties: Not allowed. 3. Additional Guests: Please inform us if you wish to have any additional guests. Additional fees may apply. 4. Pets: Pets are welcome but must be registered before check-in. Kindly clean up after them to maintain our pristine outdoor spaces. 5. Good Neighbor Policy: Please respect quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, avoid trespassing on neighboring properties, and engage positively with neighbors. 6. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted indoors. You may smoke outside but please dispose of waste properly. 7. Hot Tub: Please shower before using the hot tub to remove lotions, oils, and dirt. Avoid bringing glass or food into the area. Do not add any soaps, oils, or chemicals to the water. Always keep the hot tub covered when not in use and do not remove the chlorine floater. Guests are liable for any misuse or negligence resulting in damage and extra cleaning, which may incur additional charges. 8. Grill Use: We are pleased to offer a grill for your enjoyment. However, please do NOT use charcoal in the grill under any circumstances. Using charcoal will damage the grill, resulting in costly repairs or replacement. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fee for the replacement cost. 9. Propane: Kindly close the propane tanks after use. We do not supply propane but refills are available at local stores. 10. Trash Segregation: Please segregate your trash during your stay. Ensure all trash is bagged and placed in the garbage bins. Do not place any loose trash in the cans, and do not leave any trash or bags of trash on the ground outside. 11. Accidents: If any damage or stains occur, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly. 12. Cleaning: We kindly ask that you keep the house tidy, as excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee. Also, if not following our rules leads to us having to refund or discount a future guest, you may be responsible for those costs. 13. Check-Out Time: We want to ensure our cleaners have enough time to prepare the house for our next guests. Please ensure you follow the check-out time at 10 am (unless otherwise agreed upon). Late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 every 30 minutes. ⚠️ ​​We kindly remind you to adhere to the house rules during your stay.
